Abstract: A hub is connected to first and second networks where first-type and second-type frames are transmitted following first and second communication protocols. The hub sequentially receives each of the first-type and second-type frames, and stores data in first and second reception buffers. If the destination of data stored in the first and second reception buffers is the first network, the hub stores the data in a first transmission buffer. If the destination is the second network, the hub stores the data in a second transmission buffer. If the first transmission buffer is a priority transmission buffer, the hub transmits priority data in the first transmission buffer with priority over non-priority data in the second transmission buffer, which is a non-priority transmission buffer.

Abstract: An electronic control unit (ECU) is provided. The ECU is connected to a first network in an onboard network system. The onboard network system includes the first network and a second network. In the first network, first-type frames are transmitted following a first communication protocol. In the second network, second-type frames are transmitted following a second communication protocol. The ECU generates first-type frames following the first communication protocol, and transmits the generated first-type frames to the first network. The ECU receives external information indicating state information of a device on the onboard network system received from another electronic control unit connected to the first network or the second network, or receives external information indicating information received from a communication module configured to communicate with the server via an external network.

Abstract: An echo suppression device includes an echo canceller which suppresses a linear echo signal from an input signal acquired by a microphone; a nonlinear echo estimation unit which, by using a nonlinear echo model indicative of a relationship between at least one of a call reception signal to be output to a speaker and the input signal, and a nonlinear echo signal, estimates the nonlinear echo signal included in the input signal from at least one of the call reception signal and the input signal; a nonlinear echo suppression unit which, by using the estimated nonlinear echo signal, suppresses the nonlinear echo signal from an output signal of the echo canceller; and an echo suppressor which suppresses a residual linear echo signal not suppressed by the echo canceller from an output signal of the nonlinear echo suppression unit.

Abstract: The invention relates to a transmitting device for performing an initial and one or more retransmissions of data via a sidelink interface. A receiver and processor perform a resource sensing procedure to acquire information about radio resources usable for the device to transmit data at a later point in time. The processor performs an autonomous radio resource allocation to select time frequency radio resources within a transmission window to be used for performing a first transmission of the data, based on information acquired by the resource sensing procedure. The processor determines a data transmission timing pattern, that indicates a transmission timing for performing one or more transmissions of data. A transmitter performs the first data transmission using the selected time-frequency radio resources and performs the data retransmissions at the transmission timing defined by the determined data transmission timing pattern with respect to the first data transmission.

Abstract: This invention is a transmission device capable of enhancing the reception characteristics of a terminal when employing transmit diversity using two antenna ports in an ePDCCH. In a base station (100) that transmits a reference signal to a terminal (200) using two antenna ports, a setting unit (102), on the basis of the reception quality of the terminal, sets as the aforementioned two antenna ports either a first antenna port pair for which DMRS (reference signals) do not undergo mutual code multiplexing, or a second antenna port pair for which the DMRS do undergo code multiplexing. A transmitter (109) transmits the DMRS from the two antenna ports set in the setting unit (102).

Abstract: An encoder which includes circuitry and memory. Using the memory, the circuitry generates a list which includes candidates for a first motion vector for a first partition. The list has a maximum list size and an order of the candidates, and at least one of the maximum list size or the order of the candidates is dependent on at least one of a partition size or a partition shape of the first partition. The circuitry selects the first motion vector from the candidates included in the list; encodes an index indicating the first motion vector among the candidates in the list into the bitstream based on the maximum list size; and generates the predicted image for the first partition using the first motion vector.
