    摘要： A clip assembly has a base and a clip. The base includes a hole and multiple pairs of positioning elements. The hole is formed through the base. The pairs of the positioning elements are formed in the base. The clip is rotatably mounted on the base and includes a fastener and two resilient elements. The fastener extends from the clip and is rotatably inserted into the hole of the base. The resilient elements are formed on the clip and selectively engage one pair of the positioning elements of the base. Therefore, the clip can be adjusted to and fixed at a desired position relative to the base such that use of the clip assembly is very practical.

    摘要： A nanocomposite material apparatus suitable for fabricating a nanocomposite material from different materials is provided. The nanocomposite material apparatus includes an acceleration inner tube and a collection outer tube. The acceleration inner tube disposed along a rotation axis has a top surface, a bottom surface and an outer peripheral surface. Pipes for accelerating different materials is distributed within the acceleration inner tube. Each pipe includes an inlet, an outlet opening at the outer peripheral surface and a spiral trench connecting the inlet and the outlet. Nano materials having electricity are emitted from the corresponding outlets by accelerating different materials within the corresponding pipes. The collection outer tube disposed surroundingly on the acceleration inner tube is suitable for moving oppositely thereto, so that the nano-materials emitted from the outer peripheral surface are combined with one another and form a nanocomposite material on the inner wall of the collection outer tube.

A positive power supply terminal and a negative power supply terminal of the Op-Amp receive a first reference voltage and a second reference voltage outputted from the voltage level shifting circuit, causing a DC voltage level of an output signal to be equal to 0V. Meanwhile, the absolute value of a voltage difference between the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage is equal to VDD, meaning that elements in the circuit operate without risking a high-voltage damage.
