摘要: This invention provides multi-key content processing systems and methods, for processing content with at least one distribution target position. Each of the distribution target positions corresponds to an authorization key. An example method includes the steps of: encrypting said content with a content key; forming a key link based on said content key and the authorization key of said at least one distribution target position; and attaching said key link to the encrypted content.

摘要: An article includes a stack of display layers including a display layer having a high-shear modulus that is sandwiched between two display layers having a low-shear modulus. The display layers include a light-emitting device that generates heat and light during use. The heat generated by the display layers may form localized heat-sources in the stack. The display layer with the high-shear modulus is a thermal transport layer through which the localized heat-sources-induced guided elastic waves propagate along an acoustic waveguide plane and can transport the heat generated by the light-emitting device away from the light-emitting device. Alternately, a display layer having a high refractive index may be sandwiched between two display layers having a low refractive index. The display layers with low shear modulus or low refractive index may be replaced with thermal transport layers having low shear modulus or low refractive index respectively.

摘要: A method for embedding and detecting watermarks in digital data. Data is analysed by an independent component analysis to derive a transform matrix W encoding properties of the data. The data is encoded using this transform matrix W, and a watermark is embedded into it. Then the inverse of the transform matrix is applied to obtain watermarked data. The presence of the watermark is found by applying the transform matrix again, and examining the result for the presence of the watermark.

摘要: Methods, apparatus and systems for generating a trusted digital time stamp as well as a public time source. It includes, an apparatus for receiving and recording public time information and a method for verifying a digital time stamp. A method for generating a trusted digital time stamp includes: obtaining a first time information and a corresponding random code from a public time source; and generating a digital time stamp using a first time information and random code. A method for verifying a digital time stamp includes: recording time information and corresponding random codes transmitted by a public time source; retrieving time information and a random code contained in the time stamp; and comparing a retrieved random code from the time stamp with one of the recorded random codes that corresponds to a time information in the time stamp, if they are consistent, the time stamp is determined to be trusted, otherwise the time stamp is determined to be not trusted.

摘要: Persistent files stored in non-XIP flash memory are accessed during operation of an electronic device. During execution of application code on the device, the persistent files are accessed using an access directory such as a look-up table. The access directory provides information that allows an application or other software code running on the processor of the device to locate and access a persistent file within a non-XIP flash memory device where the non-XIP flash memory device may include bad blocks. During creation of the access directory, locations of the bad blocks in the device are identified and recorded. Files are accessed from the non-XIP flash memory device by reading from file start locations identified in the access directory while accounting for bad blocks identified in the bad block data of the access directory.
