The speaker includes a magnetic circuit system, a vibration system and an auxiliary system suspending the vibration system above the magnetic circuit system. The magnetic circuit system comprises a yoke, permanent magnets assembled on the yoke, and a magnetic gap near the permanent magnets. The yoke comprises an upper surface for assembling the permanent magnets, a lower surface opposite to the upper surface, side surfaces connecting the upper surface and the lower surface, and communication conduits extending through the upper surface and the side surface to communicate the magnetic gap and the space outside the speaker.

This disclosure provides methods for communicating with a public ID and public ID assistant devices for assisting in communicating with a public ID. The method includes: receiving a message sent to the public ID; determining whether there is a private ID associated with the public ID; sending, if there is a private ID associated with the public ID, the message to the private ID taking an assistant ID as a sender of the message; wherein the message sent to the private ID comprises information indicating that the message is sent from which buddy of the public ID to the public ID or the message is a system message sent from a WeChat server to the public ID; and the assistant ID is a system ID or a private ID in a buddy list of the private ID. With the technical scheme of the present disclosure, the user may receive messages from and send messages to his/her buddy in time and conveniently.

Specifically, compounds of formula I, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates thereof are disclosed, in which each substitutent in formula I is defined in the description. Preparation method of the compounds of formula I, pharmaceutical compositions and pharmaceutical uses thereof are also disclosed. The compounds of formula I are effective tyrosine kinase inhibitors.

The substrate also has a plurality of traces that may be used to couple the electrodes controller associated with the touch screen sensor assembly. The traces are formed from a second conductive layer that has a second surface resistivity that is less than the surface resistivity of the first conductive layer. The first and second conductive layers may be formed from indium tin oxide (ITO) having different surface resistivities. A second, similarly configured substrate can be provided and may be spaced apart from the first substrate by a dielectric spacer.

A method for manufacturing a touch screen sensor assembly that includes providing a first transparent substrate, depositing a first non-metallic conductive layer onto the first substrate, removing the first conductive layer from a viewing portion of the first substrate, depositing a second non-metallic conductive layer onto the viewing portion, and removing portions of the second and first conductive layers to respectively form a first electrode pattern and a plurality of traces. The disclosed method also includes providing a second transparent substrate, depositing a third non-metallic conductive layer onto a viewing portion of the second substrate, removing portions of the third conductive layer to form a second electrode pattern, and bonding the first substrate to the second substrate using an optically clear adhesive. Each trace on the first substrate formed from the first conductive layer is electrically coupled to at least one electrode of either the first or second electrode patterns.

The present invention is directed to the discovery of a novel family of enzymes designated herein as mRNA interferases that exhibit endoribonuclease activity. The novel finding of the present inventors, therefore, presents new applications for which mRNA interferase nucleic and amino acid sequences, and compositions thereof may be used to advantage. The invention also encompasses screening methods to identify compounds/agents capable of modulating mRNA interferase activity and methods for using such compounds/agents. Also provided is a kit comprising mRNA interferase nucleic and/or amino acid sequences, mRNA interferase activity compatible buffers, and instruction materials.
