A FITTING IS DISPOSED ABOUT THE CONDUIT ADJACENT ONE END FOR ATTACHING THE CONDUIT TO A SUPPORT STRUCTURE. A PLATE-LIKE BRACKET HAVING TEETH THEREALONG IS DISPOSED ADJACENT THE OPPOSITE END OF THE CONDUIT AND IS ADAPTED TO BE CONNECTED TO A SUPPORT STRUCTURE.
