    摘要: An image heating apparatus including: a pressure member; a fixing roller to rotate on the pressure member; a heater to heat an external surface of the fixing roller; and a film to be heated by the heater. While passing through a gap between the pressure member and the fixing roller, the film may form a nip with the pressure member. The image heating apparatus may reduce an initial warm-up time through a film heating operation, and may utilize the fixing roller as a heat reservoir by heating the fixing roller.

The image sensing unit is disposed on the dielectric interlayer and includes a stack of a first impurity region and a second impurity region. The via hole pierces the image sensing unit and the dielectric interlayer to expose the interconnection. The bottom electrode is disposed in the via hole to electrically connect the interconnection and the first impurity region of the image sensing unit.

A fifth metal contact is formed over the fourth metal contact, the fifth metal contact being electrically insulated from the fourth metal contact and electrically connected to the second doping layer.

    摘要: A clock generator, which can be included in an Organic Light Emitting Display (OLED), includes four switching units and two inverters. Each of the switching units includes two transistors. Transistors of two switching units that are connected to a high-level voltage line are PMOS transistors, and transistors of two switching units that are connected to a low-level voltage line are NMOS transistors. The switching units are sequentially turned on/off in response to four control signals so that the clock generator generates a clock signal. Each of the control signals has a duty ratio of 50%, and there is a phase difference of 90° between the control signals. The clock signal alternates between a low level and a high level every ¼ of a cycle of each of the control signals.
