    摘要: The present invention provides a packaging film which exhibits excellent mechanical strength properties such as high dart impact strength with retaining properties of transparency and film surface smoothness. The ethylene resin packaging film comprises an ethylene/&agr;-olefin copolymer having the following properties: the density is in the range of 0.918 to 0.935 g/cm3; the melt flow rate (MFR) at 190° C. under a load of 2.16 kg is in the range of 0.05 to 1.0 g/10 min; the decane-soluble component fraction (W) at room temperature and the density (d) satisfy the relation W 75×MFR; and the melt tension (MT) at 190° C. and MFR satisfy the relation MT>2.2×MFR−0.84.

    摘要: A cooling agent which cools by an endothermic reaction resulting from the dissolving of crystals of inorganic salts water, the salts crystallizing at about room temperature by supplying heat. The cooling agent comprises a mixture of (i) a sodium phosphate salt, (ii) a sodium ammonium phosphate salt or an ammonium phosphate salt, and (iii) water. The cooling agent is produced in a manner which avoids the conglomeration of the crystals, which was a difficulty in the art. Moreover, the cooling agent of the present invention can be used repeatedly. When a nucleating agent, a highly water absorbent polymer or a thickener is added to the cooling agent, the precipitation of the crystals occurs in a still finer and stabler state. The cooling agent can be used in a cooling pillow having a desirable cooling property and a soft and agreeable touch, which offers comfort with safety and which is free from conglomeration of crystals, even after a long period of time.

    摘要: Myo-inositol in a specimen is assayed by reacting a specimen containing myo-inositol with:a) myo-inositol dehydrogenase using a thio-NADP group or thio-NAD group and an NADP group or NAD group as coenzymes, and which catalyzes a reversible reaction forming myo-inosose from myo-inositol,b ) A.sub.1 andc) B.sub.1to effect a cycling reaction ##STR1## wherein A.sub.1 is a thio-NADP group, thio-NAD group, NADP group or NAD group, A.sub.2 is a reduced form of A.sub.1, when A.sub.1 is a thio-NADP group or thio-NAD group, B.sub.1 is a reduced NADP group or reduced NAD group and when A.sub.1 is an NADP group or NAD group, B.sub.1 is a reduced thio-NADP group or reduced thio-NAD group, and wherein B.sub.2 is an oxidized form of B.sub.1. A composition for performing the assay comprises the above myo-inositol dehydrogenase, as well as the above components A.sub.1 and B.sub.1. The myo-inositol dehydrogenase can be produced by culturing a suitable microorganism belonging to genus Bacillus, particularly Bacillus sp. No. 3 FERM BP-3013.
