    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a switch control device and method for electronic device, and an electronic device. The switch control device of the electronic device comprises: a high level output unit, connected with the high level input terminal and configured to output a high level with a predetermined amplitude to the high level input terminal, the predetermined amplitude higher than a predetermined voltage; a logic level output unit configured to output a logic level; and a switch unit, with a control terminal inputted with the logic level, a first terminal inputted with the ground terminal, and a second terminal inputted with a low level, and configured to connect the first terminal and the second terminal when the logic level is in a first state, in order to turn on the electronic device, and disconnect the first terminal from the second terminal when the logic level is in a second state, in order to turn off the electronic is device.

    Abstract: A video communication method and system based on three-dimensional displaying. The method comprises: a first device obtains information of a first view point of first user at a first moment and sends the information to a second device; the second device photographs first images of second user by m cameras, determines first high/low definition regions of first images according to first view point, separately encodes first high/low definition regions sends encoded data to first device; first device decodes to obtain m second images, determines second high/low definition regions of second images according to an offset of current view point relative to first view point; first and second three-dimensional models are obtained by respectively calculating and rendering second high/low definition regions with first and second neural networks, the two models are combined to obtain third three-dimensional model, target display position of which on display screen is determined and displaying is performed.

    Abstract: A rotating display apparatus is provided. The rotating display apparatus includes a pixel array and a control device. The pixel array is capable of rotating around a rotation axis in the pixel array, the pixel array includes a plurality of pixel units, and the plurality of pixel units are arranged in a plurality of pixel columns distributed in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis. Pixel units in each pixel column are arranged in a direction parallel to the rotation axis and operate at a same refresh frequency. A refresh frequency of pixel units in a pixel column close to the rotation axis is less than a refresh frequency of pixel units in a pixel column far away from the rotation axis. The control device is configured to control the pixel units in each pixel column to operate at a refresh frequency corresponding to the pixel column.
