摘要: A separator, a method for preparing the separator, and an electrochemical device containing the separator. The separator includes a substrate and an inorganic layer disposed on at least one side of the substrate. The substrate is a porous substrate. The inorganic layer is a dielectric layer containing no binder. The inorganic layer has a thickness of 20 nm to 2000 nm. A mass of the inorganic layer is M1, a mass of the substrate is M2, and M1/M2 is greater than or equal to 0.05 but smaller than or equal to 7.5. An interfacial peeling force between the inorganic layer and the substrate is not smaller than 30 N/m. The interfacial wettability and thermal shrinkage resistance performance of the separator are effectively improved while the separator has a certain mechanical strength. The separator can have favorable mechanical strength and thermal shrinkage percentage and high energy density.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a current collector, an electrode plate and a battery. The current collector includes an insulation layer and at least one conductive layer located on at least one surface of the insulation layer. The insulation layer is used to support the conductive layer, and the conductive layer is used to support an electrode active material layer. The conductive layer has a thickness of D2, and 300 nmD22 μm. The current collector further includes a protective layer provided on a surface of the conductive layer facing towards the insulation layer. The current collector according to the present disclosure can increase a short-circuit resistance in case of short circuit caused by the battery being abnormal, thereby resulting in protective effect on the conductive layer, and can also increase the bonding force between the insulation layer and the conductive layer, thereby increasing mechanical strength of the current collector.

摘要: The present application relates to a current collector, an electrode plate, a battery and usages thereof. The current collector includes at least one conductive layer configured to support an electrode active material layer, and an insulation layer configured to support the at least one conductive layer. The conductive layer has a room temperature film resistance RS satisfying 0.01Ω/□RS≤0.15Ω/□. The current collector can significantly increase resistance in short-circuit and reduce current in the short-circuit, and reduce heat generated during the short-circuit and improving safety performance. The heat can be totally absorbed by the battery. Therefore, the resulted temperature rise of the battery is small, the damage to the battery caused by the short circuit can be limited to a “point”, and only a “point break” is formed, without influencing normal operation of the battery in a short time.
