摘要： A detector is scanned across an optical storage medium having groove tracks and land tracks, each track having a wobble structure, to detect light reflected from the optical storage medium. A wobble signal and a tracking error signal are generated based on an output of the detector, and the wobble signal is sampled according to the tracking error signal. A determination about whether the detector is at the groove track or the land track is made based on the tracking error signal and a comparison of sampled values of the wobble signal.

First, a collimator lens is moved to a first target position for spherical aberration correction. A driving time of motion of the collimator lens is then calculated. 摘要： A latch driving unit is assembled in an exterior knob assembly of a door lock. The latch driving unit includes a pin, a resilient member, a locking disk, a rotatable disk, a torsion spring, a cap and a strip. The strip removably extends through the cap, torsion spring, rotatable disk, locking disk, resilient member and the pin. If the strip is bent with an incorrect length, it can be removed from the latch driving unit and replaced with an intact strip. Thus, the exterior knob assembly is still useful after replacing the strip, and waste is avoided.

摘要： A method for forming a tungsten layer on a substrate surface is provided. In one aspect, the method includes positioning the substrate surface in a processing chamber and exposing the substrate surface to a soak. A nucleation layer is then deposited on the substrate surface in the same processing chamber by alternately pulsing a tungsten-containing compound and a reducing gas selected from a group consisting of silane, disilane, dichlorosilane and derivatives thereof. A tungsten bulk layer may then be deposited on the nucleation layer using cyclical deposition, chemical vapor deposition, or physical vapor deposition techniques.
