The positioning mechanism comprises a fixed frame, a first buckling element, a second buckling element and a rotary component. The first buckling element is fixed to a first position of the fixed frame. The second buckling element is fixed to a second position of the fixed frame. The rotary component having a positioning pin is connected to an object and is pivoted to the fixed frame, such that the object and the rotary component are synchronously rotated with respect to the fixed frame. The object is in a first positioning state and a second positioning state when the positioning pin is buckled to the first buckling element and the second buckling element respectively.
