    摘要: An inkjet recording device, using ink which changes phase between a gel or solid state and a liquid state depending on temperature includes a recording medium fixing section to which a recording medium sticks to be fixed thereon with air suction through sticking holes; a negative pressure generation section to generate a negative pressure for the air suction; and an inkjet recording head. The recording medium fixing section includes a recording medium holding layer which has the sticking holes and is maintained at a temperature for the ink to be in the gel or solid state; and a support layer which has suction holes communicating with the sticking holes and includes at least one layer to support the recording medium holding layer. The opening area of the open end of each sticking hole is smaller than that of each suction hole.

    摘要: A semiconductor device includes a fuse wire, a portion to be fused that overlies the fuse wire with an insulation film interposed therebetween, and a plug connecting the portion to be fused and the fuse wire together. The portion to be fused underlies an insulation film having a thickness, and the fuse wire underlies an insulation film having a thickness larger than that of the insulation film overlying the portion to be fused. The insulation film overlying the fuse wire has a thickness sufficient to prevent a laser beam from blowing the fuse wire.

    摘要: A synchronous SRAM includes a register sequentially providing data signals of the burst length in a test mode, and a transfer circuit applying data signals output from the register to a memory array for burst-writing, and providing to an external source via an IO buffer a data signal read out in a burst manner later than the burst writing by 1 clock cycle. It is not necessary to additionally apply a data signal for writing. The required number of address signals can be reduced. Thus, testing can be simplified.

    摘要: There is described an ink-jet printer, which emits ink particles onto a recording medium to prints an image on the recording medium, and in which moving velocities of the ink particles are detected to perform stable emitting actions of the ink particles. The ink-jet printer includes: an ink-jetting head having a plurality of nozzles from which the ink particles are emitted; a velocity detecting section to detect moving velocities of the ink particles by measuring detection times at each of which each of the ink particles is detected; a calculating section to calculate an average value of the detection times measured by the velocity detecting section; and a head-drive controlling section that compares the average value calculated by the calculating section with a target value established in advance, to change a driving condition for the ink-jetting head so that the average value coincides with the target value.

    摘要: A recording medium transfer apparatus is provided with: an endless belt; a plurality of transfer rollers, which intermittently rotate the endless belt; a slide unit, which can freely move back and forth between the initial position and the end position of the endless belt; a driving device, which returns the slide unit to the initial position from the end position; a linear encoder, which detects a transfer amount of the slide unit; a calculation unit, which calculates a transfer amount of the recording medium on the basis of the detection results obtained from the linear encoder; and a control unit, which controls the transfer amount of the recording medium on the basis of the transfer amount. The slide unit engages with the endless belt at the initial position before the endless belt rotationally moves, then, moves with the rotational movement of the endless belt, and when the slide unit reaches the end position, the slide unit releases the engagement with the endless belt, and returns to the initial position by means of the driving device when the endless belt is stopped. The calculation unit calculates the transfer amount of the recording medium on the basis of the detection results obtained from the linear encoder, the detection results being the transfer amount of the slide unit from the initial position to the end position.
