    摘要: A transport system includes a traveling rail (1) which constitutes a transport route and a transport body (3) which is capable of traveling on the traveling rail in the longitudinal direction of the traveling rail. Flexible drive tubes (5) are arranged on the traveling rail in the longitudinal direction of the traveling rail. The transport body includes a traveling wheel (4) which is capable of rolling on the traveling rail and drive wheels (2) which are capable of rolling on the drive tubes upon receiving the rotational drive power generated by pressure of a pressure medium supplied to the drive tubes while depressing the drive tubes. The traveling rail includes a plurality of transport sections and the transport body is capable of receiving a rotational drive force from the drive tubes at every transport sections. If necessary, a transport route changeover switch which changes over the transport route can be provided between the transport sections.

    摘要: An apparatus for reduced-pressure gaseous phase epitaxial growth by suppressing contamination upon the machine parts constituting the rotary mechanical portion and suppressing contamination upon the semiconductor wafer by maintaining the pressure in the rotary mechanical portion to lie within a particular range, and a method of controlling the above apparatus. The apparatus comprises a purging gas introduction pipe 6 for purging the interior of the rotary mechanical portion, a purging gas exhaust pipe 7 for exhausting the gas introduced through the purging gas introduction pipe, a pressure adjusting valve 41 provided in the purging gas exhaust pipe, a pressure gauge 21 for detecting the pressure in the rotary mechanical portion, and an arithmetic/control unit 31 for executing an arithmetic operation based upon the detected pressure and for controlling the opening degree of the pressure adjusting valve 41 provided in the purging gas exhaust pipe, so that the pressure in the rotary mechanical portion assumes a proper value.

    摘要: An inspection apparatus includes an imaging device and an image processing device. The imaging device photographs a specimen and outputs a color image of the specimen to the image processing device. The image processing device subjects the color image of the specimen to negative-positive reversal. After detecting a mode value of the hue the color image having been subjected to negative-positive reversal, the image processing device changes the hue of the color image in accordance with a difference between a boundary value of two predefined hues and the detected mode value. In accordance with the change of the hue, a plurality of target pixels different in the saturation is extracted and the saturation and the intensity of each pixel are changed, or the gradation of each pixel is converted so that the plurality of target pixels becomes most distant from one another in a color space.

    摘要: A thin input device can be made small and thin, and prevent an excessive force from acting on a connecting part with a substrate when an operating part is operated to detect deformation of an actuating member. An actuating member is received in a recess of a lower case, and a lid is fixed. The actuating member includes fixed parts provided at four corners and deformable parts thinner than the fixed parts. The fixed parts are fixedly sandwiched between a bottom surface of the recess of the lower case and the lid. The deformable parts, to which strain detecting elements are attached, are provided in four directions around the operating part. When the operating knob is operated to deform a deformable part, the force acts only on the case, and an excessive force does not act on connecting parts between the connecting terminals, and a substrate.
