Abstract:
An information processing apparatus includes circuitry. The circuitry generates an abnormal end file in response to an occurrence of an abnormal end of a process being executed, the abnormal end file indicating an occurrence state of the abnormal end, extracts a part of information from the generated abnormal end file, writes the extracted information as abnormal information in a memory, reads the abnormality information from the memory, and displays the abnormality information on a display.

Abstract:
An information processing apparatus includes a processor that executes an instruction stored in a fixed address area in a storage part; the storage part that stores a first startup program and a second startup program, contents of the second startup program being different at least partially from those of the first startup program; and an address conversion part that, when the processor carries out a predetermined startup different from an ordinary startup that is carried out at a time of starting power supply to the information processing apparatus, converts an address included in a read instruction issued by the processor indicating a storage area that stores the first startup program into an address indicating an other storage area that stores the second startup program, and sends the converted address to the storage part.

Abstract:
Photoresist compositions that demonstrate superior photolithographic performance and hardened resist films that show superior resistance to solvents, have excellent resistance to under plating during the electrodeposition of metals, and show excellent resist stripping characteristics. These photoresist compositions according to the invention are well-suited as for applications in the manufacture of MEMS and micromachine devices. These photoresist compositions according to the invention comprise one or more epoxide-substituted, polycarboxylic acid Resin Component (A), one or more photoacid generator compounds (B), and one or more solvent (C).

Abstract:
There is disclosed a home care system in which a center terminal and a patient terminal are detachably connected to each other through communication lines, such as a public telephone line, an ISDN (integrated services digital network), a CATV (cable television), a radio and the like, and further to center terminals and patient terminals which constitute such a home care system. The patient terminal has an urgency transmitter device for transmitting a predetermined urgency code to the center terminal, and the center terminal comprises an urgency receiver device for receiving, while connected to a first patient terminal, the urgency code transmitted from a second patient terminal, and an urgency alarm device for informing of the fact that the urgency code has been received.
Abstract:
An excimer laser apparatus comprises a container sealing a laser gas including a halogen gas therein, a pair of discharge electrodes disposed in the container for inducing an electric discharge capable of oscillating a laser light, and a circulating fan with a shaft for producing a high-speed laser gas stream between a pair of the discharge electrodes. Both ends of the shaft are rotatably supported by rotor-stator mechanisms, or one end of the shaft is rotatably supported by a rotor-stator mechanism, and the other end of the shaft is supported by a magnetic bearing. The rotor-stator mechanism comprises a rotor attached to the shaft of the circulating fan, a stator provided at a position opposed to the rotor, an electric motor winding provided in the stator for applying torque to the rotor, and a position control winding provided in the stator for producing a magnetic force to levitate and support the rotor.
