In the apparatus, a scheduling part (31) limits the candidates of an upstream line packet transmission rate to part of a plurality of transmission rates indicated by transmission rate combination information, selects an upstream line packet transmission rate from among the limited transmission rate candidates, and creates scheduling result information including transmission rate information indicative of the selected transmission rate. The scheduling result information is wireless transmitted from an antenna (108) to a communication terminal that is permitted to transmit upstream line packets.

The sub carrier setting unit (105) sets one of the sub carriers which has a frequency of a common multiple between the sub carrier interval and the cell search interval as an SCH sub carrier.

In a base station (200), an OFDM signal generation unit (225) maps primary synchronization channel (P-SCH), secondary synchronization channel (S-SCH), primary broadcast channel (P-BCH), and dynamic broadcast channel (D-BCH), which can be decoded by both an LTE terminal and an LTE+ terminal, to some of a plurality of unit bands available to the station itself. The OFDM signal generation unit (225) also maps D-BCH+, which can be decoded only by an LTE+ terminal, to all of the plurality of unit bands to produce a multiplexed transmission signal. When the terminal which has transmitted terminal capability information is an LTE+ terminal, a control unit (265) transmits a band movement indication which indicates changes in the reception band to that terminal.

In a terminal (100), a measurement executing part (150-1) measures, during a first measurement interval overlapping with the second data reception interval and time-divided together with the first data reception interval, the reception power of a reference signal on an unused unit band transmitted over a unit band other than a first used unit band in the first frequency band. In this way, the terminal (100) can execute a data communication with a source base station (200) over any one of the frequency bands at any timing, which can reduce the delay of a downstream signal transmission. That is, a terminal (100) can be realized which can maintain and measure QoS.

    摘要: When a handover request for performing a handover of a terminal (70) from a macro cell C1 to a CSG cell C2 is received from an SeNB 10 (S8), a base station (TeNB) (40) of the CSG cell C2 transmits a handover response in accordance with a handover enabled/disabled state (S12). The handover response includes an identifier of the terminal (70) in the CSG cell C2. Upon receiving the response, the SeNB (10) notifies the identifier to the terminal (70) (S14). The TeNB (40) repeatedly transmits a dedicated signal containing a handover command via a dedicated channel set using the identifier at an interval shorter than a gap period (S18). Accordingly, whether or not access is permitted can be judged promptly and a smooth handover can be realized.
