摘要: A stator of a rotating electric machine includes a stator core, multiple pairs of coils and multiple leads. The stator core includes a laminated core assembly formed by laminating thin steel plates in a cylindrical form, the stator core having multiple slots at intervals along a circumferential direction. Each coil pair is made of two elongate conductors which are folded back outside axial end surfaces of the stator core and fitted into the slots such that the two conductors are disposed alternately in inner and outer layers in a slot depth direction at intervals of a fixed number of slots. The multiple leads for connecting the coil pairs to an external electric circuit are arranged in at least one group and the leads of the same group extend from positions of those slots which are located adjacent to one another along the circumferential direction.

摘要: In a secondary cell comprising an electrode unit enclosed in a cell can and adapted to deliver electric power generated by the electrode unit via electrode terminal assemblies, each electrode terminal assembly comprises an electrode terminal member extending through a center hole in a lid of the can, an insulating seal member provided in the center hole of the lid around a screw shank of the electrode terminal member, and a nut screwed on the screw shank of the electrode terminal member projecting outward from can. The insulating seal member is in engagement with the can and the flange of the electrode terminal member and nonrotatable relative to the cell can and the flange, whereby the electrode terminal member is prevented from rotating with the nut when the electrode terminal assembly is fixed to the lid.

摘要: A rotary electric machine includes a stator in which a plurality of armatures each have a coil formed by a winding wire wound in plural layers around bobbins mounted to a magnetic pole tooth, which are disposed annularly on an inner circumference of a cylindrical frame. The coil is formed by the winding wire being wound with a constant feed pitch in parallel with slots of the bobbins in plural layers. The winding wire forming a first layer of the coil is shifted by half the feed pitch between a left side and a right side of a center axis of the coil as viewed from a plane perpendicular to a stacking direction of a stacked iron core.

摘要: A method is provided for manufacturing an electrode that has a porous inorganic layer on the surface of an active material layer and is suitable for constructing a nonaqueous secondary battery with excellent input-output performance. In this manufacturing method, an electrode perform, which has an active material layer (344) consisting primarily of active material particles (42) and supported on a collector (342), is prepared. The water concentration of at least the surface (344a) of the active material layer (344) is adjusted to 100 ppm to 500 ppm. A slurry (S) containing inorganic particles (44), a binder and an organic solvent is coated on the surface (344a) of the active material layer with the water concentration thus adjusted, to form a porous inorganic layer.
