摘要: An ink for a display panel that at a time of application is a mixture of a powder material, a water-soluble resin included in a range of 1 wt % to 20 wt % inclusive of the ink, and a water-miscible solvent. The ink is water-soluble, and in comparison to conventional organic inks, the ink of the present invention exhibits a markedly reduced susceptibility to the occurrence of electrostatic action. Thus, even when the ink is discharged through a plurality of fine nozzle holes, for example, it is possible for the application process to be conducted with great efficiency, since the individual ink flows discharged from the nozzle holes flow in a vertically downward direction without reacting with each other and becoming warped as a result. The ink of the present invention may, for example, be a phosphor ink, an Ag electrode ink, a shading film (black matrix) ink, a sealant glass ink, or a white reflective layer ink, and the ink may be used in forming structural layers of a display panel.

摘要: A lens unit is attached to a body of a TV camera, and a main power supply of the camera body supplies power to motors that drive movable lenses of the lens unit. When the lens unit becomes unused, specifically, when the main power supply is turned off, or when the lens unit becomes detached from the camera body, a power supply switching part of the lens unit switches the power supply to an auxiliary power supply provided in the lens unit to allow the lens unit to operate. Then, a control circuit moves a focus lens and a zoom lens to an infinity end and a wide angle end, respectively, or to predetermined security positions, so as to prevent the deterioration of the operability and optical performance of the lens unit due to vibrations and shocks during transportation of the lens unit. Thereafter, the auxiliary power supply is turned off.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a phosphor ink applying device that can apply phosphor ink in a plurality of lines to an intricately-shaped surface of a back panel of a PDP while preventing phosphor colors mixing. A valve is provided for the aperture of each nozzle of the phosphor ink applying device and the opening and closing of each valve is controlled according to the shape of the portion of the surface to which ink is to be applied. In this way, mixing of colors can be prevented on an intricately-shaped back panel such as that with auxiliary barrier ribs.

摘要: A TV camera lens device includes a flange back length control signal for moving a master lens group to a position of the proper flange back length in accordance with the operation of a flange back length control. It further includes a macro control signal generating device for outputting a macro control signal for moving the master lens group to a preset macro position where the master lens group is to be positioned during the macro-shooting. Then, either one of the flange back length control signal and the macro control signal is made to take preference in accordance with the operation of a selector switch, and the selected control signal is input to a control circuit. Incidentally, the macro position may be relatively defined as referenced from the position of the proper flange back length.

摘要: A TV camera lens of the present invention is provided with a position-control signal generating means for outputting a position-control signal representing a position where a master lens group should be positioned, and a rate-control signal generating means for outputting a rate-control signal representing a rate at which the master lens group should be moved. A position/rate control changeover means validates one of the position-control signal generating means and the rate-control signal generating means. A control circuit drives a motor to move the master lens group according to the rate-control signal or the position-control signal which is validated by the position/rate control changeover means. The TV camera lens is also provided with a limit circuit. A limit position, at which the master lens group stops when the master lens group moves under the rate control, is set to a proper flange back length position, which is adjusted under the position control. Thus, the master lens group can return to a previously-adjusted flange back length position under the rate control without fail.

摘要: A multi-direction camera is provided in which a mirror (3) having a plurality of reflecting surfaces (31, 32) is disposed in front of a lens (4). The mirror (3) reflects the light from a plurality of directions and the lens (4) receives the reflected light to form an image on an image sensing device (7). In a first embodiment, a partitioning plate (81) is provided between the lens (4) and the edge line (33) of the mirror (3). The partitioning plate (81) optically isolates a plurality of reflecting surfaces (31, 32) to prevent a ghost image from appearing in the image taken. In a second embodiment, the mirror (3) is enclosed by an opaque cover (2), and the cover (2) has a transparent window (21, 22) opposing each of the plurality of reflecting surfaces (31, 32). The shields (23, 24), which are formed as a part of the window (21, 22), are arranged at locations away from the lens (4) such that an image of the shield is received by the lens (4). The present invention provides an improved multi-direction camera in which no ghost image appears in a video image taken through the camera, and in which a clear boundary line is provided between a plurality of sensed video images without using electrical means.

摘要: A controller of an industrial machine provided with an electric motor, a peripheral apparatus and an amplifier includes a motor power-consumption calculation section, a power loss calculation section, a fixed power-consumption calculation section, and a total power-consumption calculation section. The motor power-consumption calculation section calculates motor power consumption by decomposing a motor current into a Q-phase current value and a D-phase current value, and multiplying the Q-phase current value with a motor rotation speed and a motor torque constant. The power loss calculation section calculates sum power loss of the motor and amplifier. The fixed power-consumption calculation section calculates fixed power consumption of the peripheral apparatus. The total power-consumption calculation section determines total power consumption of the industrial machine in a predetermined time period by integrating, for the time period, the calculated motor power consumption, sum power loss and fixed power consumption.
