摘要: The present disclosure refers to a retainer assembly adapted to be installed between a base assembly of an exterior rear view device and a vehicle to which the exterior rear view device is mounted, the retainer assembly, comprising a retainer means adapted to be mounted on one side to a door attachment portion of a base frame of the base assembly and on the opposite side to a door panel of the vehicle, wherein the retainer means is provided with at least one opening for allowing at least one datum structural element of the door attachment portion of the base frame to pass thereto, and at least one guiding projection and/or at least one guiding channel portion for providing at least part of a guiding channel for routing and/or guiding at least one harness from the vehicle to an electric component of the rear view device, and/or at least one sealing portion for covering at least a portion of the at least one harness. The thermally conductive material is in thermally-conductive contact with the first and second printed circuit boards. The vehicular camera includes a rear housing, which includes an electrical connector portion. The electrical connector portion of the rear housing may include an electrical plug connector.

摘要: A vehicular rear view monitor assembly includes an extender element configured to be disposed at a rear portion of a vehicle. The extender element includes an extender portion and an end portion, with a vehicle element attached at the end portion of the extender element. A rear backup camera assembly is at least partially disposed in a hollow portion of the extender portion. The rear backup camera assembly includes a CMOS color camera. With the extender element disposed at the rear portion of the vehicle, the CMOS color camera of the rear backup camera assembly captures images of at least an area immediately rearward of the vehicle. With the extender element disposed at the rear portion of the vehicle, the extender element is incapable of extending such that the rear backup camera assembly is non-movable relative to the rear portion of the vehicle.

摘要: A method for detecting an object utilizing a monocular camera obtains an image showing an object and determining a pixel coordinate of the object in the image and determining a spatial position of the object in the image, based on the pixel coordinate of the object in the image and a preset coordinate transformation relationship or a preset depth prediction model. The image showing the object is obtained through the monocular camera, and the pixel coordinates of the object in the image are determined. According to the pixel coordinates of the object in the image and the preset coordinates transformation relationship or the preset depth prediction model, the spatial position of the object in the image is determined, providing efficient and accurate detection. An electronic device and a non-transitory storage recording the method are also disclosed.

The camera monitoring system includes a camera assembly that captures an image of an outer side surface of a vehicle and a mirror assembly disposed to overlap at least a portion of the camera assembly. A driver performs deployment and folding of the camera assembly and the mirror assembly. A controller operates the driver in response to an input of the deployment or folding of the camera assembly and the mirror assembly and determines a failure of the camera assembly. The camera assembly and the mirror assembly are moved based on a single drive shaft, and the controller deploys or folds the camera assembly and the mirror assembly.

摘要: A vehicular trailer hitching assist system includes a camera disposed at a rear portion of a vehicle and viewing at least rearward of the vehicle. During a reversing maneuver of the vehicle toward a trailer that is spaced from the vehicle at a distance from the vehicle, the camera views at least a portion of a front profile of the trailer. An electronic control unit (ECU) includes an image processor operable to process image data captured by the camera. The vehicular trailer hitching assist system, via image processing at the ECU of image data captured by the camera during the reversing maneuver of the vehicle toward the trailer, determines a plurality of landmarks corresponding to the front profile of the trailer. Based at least in part on the determined plurality of landmarks, the vehicular trailer hitching assist system determines location of a trailer coupler of the trailer.

摘要: A racing coach device stores a first path of travel along a racetrack over a first time period and a second path of travel along the racetrack over a second time period. The racing coach device identifies, for each of a plurality of geolocations along the racetrack, one of the first path of travel or the second path of travel that is associated with a shorter duration of time over which the user traversed a segment of the path of travel associated with each of the plurality of geolocations. The device determines an optimal path of travel along the racetrack based on the identified first and second path of travel for each segment of the path of travel at each of the plurality of geolocations that results in a calculated lap time to traverse the racetrack that is less than the first time period and the second time period.
