摘要： Disclosed is a fluorine-containing polymer prepared by polymerizing (I) a polyfluoroalkyl group-containing (meth)acrylate which is substituted at alpha-position, in the presence of (II) a blocked isocyanate compound. A water- and oil-repellent composition containing the fluorine-containing polymer can impart the excellent water- and oil-repellency, and excellent durability thereof to substrates.

摘要： Excellent water- and oil-repellency and soil releasability can be obtained by a method of preparing a treated textile, having steps of: (1) preparing a treatment liquid containing a water- and oil-repellent agent and a stain blocking agent, (2) adjusting pH of the treatment liquid to at most 7, (3) applying the treatment liquid to a textile, (4) treating the textile with steam, and (5) washing the textile with water and dehydrating the textile, wherein the water- and oil-repellent agent contains at least one fluorine-containing compound selected from the group consisting of a fluorine-containing polymer and a fluorine-containing low molecular weight compound, and the water- and oil-repellent agent or the treatment liquid contains a cationic emulsifying agent.

The surface treatment agent imparts excellent water- and oil-repellency and soil resistance to textiles while retaining the feeling of the textiles, even if the surface treatment agent contains a fluorine-containing acrylate polymer substituted at its α-position by a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom or the like.

摘要： A stainproofing polymer having: (i) a reactive group selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group or its salt, a hydroxyl group, an epoxy group, a phosphoric acid group, an alkoxysilane group, an imine group, a sulfonic acid group, an amino group, an isocyanate group and a blocked isocyanate group; and (ii) a fluoroalkyl group, characterized in that a melting point of a monomer having a fluoroalkyl group, which constitutes the polymer, is at least 70° C. and a melting point of the stainproofing polymer is at least 50° C., gives durability capable of maintaining sufficient water- and oil-repellency after cleaning.
