    摘要: Provided is a method for managing dormant nodes in a wireless sensor network. The method includes the steps of: a) acquiring and storing information on distance and location of sensor nodes registered in a corresponding cluster among at least one cluster managed by a managing node; b) selecting a dormant object node among the sensor nodes by the managing node; c) transmitting dormant information that the dormant object node should go into a dormant state for a predetermined period through a beacon message to the dormant object node and creating a dormant node management table; and d) updating a dormant time of the dormant node management table every beacon cycle by the managing node according to setup of a dormant time central managing function and notifying dormancy expiration to the corresponding dormant node.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a femtocell search method for a handover from a macrocell to a femtocell. The present invention relates to a method for a terminal that accesses a macrocell to search a femtocell in an environment where a plurality of femtocells are overlapped in one macrocell. The terminal searches a femtocell by using a dummy preamble in order to minimize the size of neighbor cell lists broadcasted from the macrocell to the terminal. Therefore, according to the present invention, an MAC overhead can be minimized by eliminating neighbor femtocell lists in a mobile neighbor advertisement (MOB_NBR_ADV) message broadcasted from the macrocell, and the terminal can search a femtocell with a minimum scanning load by checking only a femtocell dummy preamble in a dedicated symbol of the macrocell.

The memory module includes a plurality of memory devices and a controller configured to receive control information from a system memory controller and to produce module control signals. The memory module further includes a plurality of circuits, for example byte-wise buffers, which are configured to selectively isolate the plurality of memory devices from the system memory controller. The circuits are operable, in response to the module control signals, to drive write data from the system memory controller to the plurality of memory devices and to merge read data from the plurality of memory devices to the system memory controller. The circuits are distributed at corresponding positions separate from one another.

    摘要: There is provided a method for optimal data transmission for improving a data transmission rate of a node with variable transmission power in a multi-hop wireless network, the method including the steps of: obtaining channel state information about a current wireless channel of the node; calculating a carrier sensing range in the number of hops using the obtained channel state information, a target signal-to-interference ratio, and a contention window size in order to minimize data collision; calculating the number of nodes attempting data transmission based on signals received from neighbor nodes, the number of the nodes attempting data transmission being the number of contention nodes; and setting transmission power adaptively according to the calculated carrier sensing range value and the contention node numbers and transmitting data with the set of transmission power.
