Abstract:
A wet tissue packaging unit provided with: a storage container, which is capable of storing a continuous body of wet tissues in which separating parts are formed at each of prescribed intervals; a take-out port formation member having a take-out port formation part, which is attached to the opening of the storage container and in which is formed a take-out port for imparting resistance when the continuous body of wet tissues passes therethrough, and a storage space capable of storing the leading end of the continuous body of wet tissues that passed through the take-out port; and a cover section that freely opens and closes from the outside of the storage space, wherein there is provided a linking part for linking the storage space of the take-out port formation member and the space inside the storage container in an area other than the take-out port.
Abstract:
A cleaning member provided with a sheet structure in which fiber bundles having a structure in which multiple fibers are bundled together are joined to a base sheet, the cleaning member being configured such that a support handle insertion part having an insertion space to which a support handle for supporting the sheet structure can be inserted at a predetermined direction is formed on the sheet structure, wherein the base sheet is formed in a tubular shape, a space is formed in the interior of the base sheet, the fiber bundles are joined to the outer peripheral surface of the base sheet in the sheet structure, and the space of the base sheet and the insertion space of the support handle insertion part are formed apart from one another.
Abstract:
Provided is a cleaning sheet in which a plurality of fiber bound materials produced by bundling a plurality of fibers is joined on a base sheet, and at least two adjacent bound fiber materials have respectively different length in the longitudinal direction of the fibers and different density, to constitute a cleaning portion and which can sufficiently wipe off even relatively large dirt particles.
Abstract:
A raising device for a cleaning part in a cleaning tool and a raising method for a cleaning part in a cleaning tool are provided. The raising device is capable of raising the fibers of the cleaning part to a state in which waste can be collected. A raising device for raising the fibers in a fiber layer constituting a cleaning part in a cleaning tool is configured by providing a blowing part which blows compressed air at the fiber layer to raise the fibers of the fiber layer.
Abstract:
A cleaning device superior in dust collecting capacity allows material selection from a wide range of fibers and a base material sheet forming the same and can be produced in a short processing time while preventing thermal deterioration and hardening of the material. A process for producing it is also disclosed. A cleaning device 1 is obtained by providing a large number of filaments 30 aligned in fiber direction with a linear bundling portion 40 connecting the fibers to each other by heat-sealing, forming a filament bundling body 31 previously bundled by the bundling portion 40, and bonding the filament bundling body 31 to a base material sheet 6 by an adhesive. A bristle-like-member-less portion 14 of a brush sheet 9 with a plurality of bristle-like members 8 is integrally bonded to a fiber bundle 7 and the base material sheet 6 by an adhesive.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cleaning tool sheet and a cleaning tool capable of use for wiping cleaning by contacting the surface of objects to be cleaned in various locations. In a cleaning tool sheet (1), fiber bundles (3) are laminated on one side face of a base sheet (2); the central parts in the direction of flow of the fibers constituting the fiber bundles (3) are joined by a central joining part (4) continuously formed in the central part of the base sheet (2) and joined at a spot-form joining part (7) formed intermittently on a parallel line between the central joining part (4) and two end edges (2a, 2b) parallel therewith. The two ends (31a, 31b) in the direction of flow of the fibers of the fiber bundles (3) are not joined to the base sheet (2). An attaching part (8) for attaching onto a holding member is provided at both ends of the base sheet (2).
