摘要: An adaptor for securing portable devices to mounts used in vehicles such as motorcycles comprises a top wall, a bottom wall, opposed end walls and opposed side walls each having a lower portion that projects outwardly from the bottom wall and is formed with a channel extending from one end wall to the other. A support plate of the vehicle mount slides into these channels, and a spring-biased pin carried by the bottom wall of the adaptor secures the adaptor in place onto the vehicle mount by extending into a locking bore formed in the support plate of such mount.

摘要: A latch is described that provides soft error rate protection with integrated scan capability and collision avoidance. The latch has a latch output node and a first, second, and third sublatches. Each sublatch has a respective input circuitry, output node, and feedback circuitry coupled to the output node for reinforcing an output signal of the sublatch. Each sublatch is operable to receive a data signal at its input circuitry and responsively generate a binary-state output signal on its output nodes. The first and second output nodes such that, if an output of the third sublatch changes, the first and second sublatches force the third sublatch to have a same output. This “forced” change reduces the soft error rate in the latch and the output signal of the latch output node is restored without the sublatches colliding.

摘要: A method and device for providing visualizations on a media player is described. The method may comprise monitoring playback of an audio stream on the media player selecting visualization data stored on the media player. The visualization data may be previously rendered and including at least one element derived from an audio stream. Thereafter, the selected visualization data is displayed and the audio stream is rendered on the media player. For example, the selected visualization data may be automatically without human intervention rendered in synchrony with the audio stream. The media player may be a portable media player and the visualization data may comprise dynamic element(s) and static element(s). The method may update the dynamic element(s) based on an update algorithm.

摘要: A system and related method for generating a test signal with controllable amounts of signal jitter includes a pattern generator, a programmable arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) and a phase modulator. The pattern generator is configured to generate a data signal characterized by a given data pattern, bit rate and pattern length. A trigger signal representative of initial timing information associated with the data signal is provided to the AWG which subsequently generates a modulation signal with a frequency equal to the bit rate divided by the pattern length of the data signal. This modulation signal is provided to the phase modulator, along with a reference clock signal, and the phase modulator generates a modulated clock signal controlled by a phase modulation means (e.g., a controllable delay line) fed by the modulation signal. The resultant jittery clock signal is then provided to the pattern generator to adjust the timing of the data signal and to generate a signal representative of a data signal with data-dependent jitter characteristics. Additional inputs to the delay line of the pulse generator may include a random Gaussian noise signal for providing random jitter and a periodic signal for providing periodic jitter.

摘要: A platform-independent, SOAP toolkit-independent, server environment providing web services in which a web browser can make an application-to-application web services request over HTTP by having one or more proxy servers installed on an application server to receive such web services requests from a browser. The proxy server adds customer credential elements to the web services requests and converts the web services request in SOAP format before the request is forwarded to a web services server for customer subscription authentication and further processing.

摘要: A programmer allows a clinician to identify desirable combinations of electrodes from within an electrode set implanted in a patient that enable delivery of desirable neurostimulation therapy by an implantable medical device. The clinician may create neurostimulation therapy programs that include identified desirable electrode combinations. In some embodiments, the clinician may use the programmer to select a program, such as a program identified during a neurostimulation programming session, and direct the programmer to replicate the selected program. The programmer may change one or more parameters of the selected program, such as pulse amplitude or duty cycle, when generating the copy of the selected program. In some embodiments, the programmer may associate each of a plurality of programs identified during a neurostimulation therapy programming session with one or more program categories, and may automatically generate program groups that include two or more of the programs based on the program categories.
