    摘要: A dampening disk assembly is provided with a dampening mechanism 108. The dampening mechanism 108 has a simplified structure with a spring and a friction generating mechanism, which provides a characteristic of a first step in a separated hub type dampening disk assembly. The dampening disk assembly is also provided with an output hub 104, a pair of input plates 112 and 113, an intermediate plate 109 and a first elastic member 106. The intermediate plate 109 is disposed between the pair of input plates 112 and 113. The first elastic member 106 couples the pair of input plates 112 and 113 and the intermediate plate 109 elastically in a rotary direction. The output hub 104 is disposed on an inner circumferential side of the pair of input plates 112 and 113 and the intermediate plate 109. The dampening mechanism 108 couples the output hub 104 and the intermediate plate 109 elastically in a rotary direction, and includes a first and second portion 131 and 130 and an elastic portion 107. The first portion 131 is connected with an outer circumference of the output hub 104 in a relatively non-rotatably but axially movable manner. The first portion 131 includes a first friction face and a first supporting part 164. The second portion 130 is connected with the intermediate plate 109 relatively in a non-rotatable manner. The second portion 103 includes a second friction face which contacts the first friction face, and a second supporting part 168 corresponding to the first supporting part 164. The rotationally end part of the elastic portion 107 is supported by the first and second supporting parts 164 and 168 and couples the first and second portions 131 and 130 in a rotary direction.

    摘要: A dampening disk assembly is provided to ease a control of a friction generated by two kinds of friction generating mechanisms in a separated hub type of clutch disk assembly. A second dampening mechanism 6 is a mechanism to generate a friction between a separated flange 18 and a hub 3 when both of the portions rotate relatively. The second dampening mechanism 6 includes a bushing 19 and a fixing plate 20. The bushing 19 rotates with the hub 3 in a body. The fixing plate 20 rotates with the separated flange 18 in a body. The fixing plate 20 includes a first disk-shaped part 71 and a second disk-shaped plate 73. The second disk-shaped plate 73 generates a friction when the hub 3 and the separated flange 18 rotates relatively. The first disk-shaped part 71 generates a friction when the separated flange 18 and both a clutch plate 31 and a retaining plate 32 rotate relatively. The friction generated by the first disk-shaped portion 71 is larger than that generated by the second disk-shaped portion 73.

    摘要: A self-traveling robot system capable of being automatically positioned with respect to a workpiece including a robot for work on a continuous object, a truck for moving the robot along the continuous object, a distance detection mechanism mounted to the robot for detecting a distance between the robot and the continuous object, a deviation detecting circuit for comparing the distance as detected by the distance detection mechanism with a predetermined value and detecting a deviation between the distance and the predetermined value, and a travel path correcting mechanism for correcting an advance direction of the truck according to the deviation. A method of positioning the self-traveling robot system with respect to the workpiece is also disclosed, which includes the steps of (a) driving a robot which has stopped at a working position and detecting distances between a swiveling table and two measuring points on the workpiece; (b) calculating a tilt angle (.theta.) of the swiveling table relative to the workpiece and a deflection amount (l) from the swiveling table to a reference travel path on which the robot is to be normally traveled according to data obtained regarding the distance; (c) extending outriggers to separate the truck from a floor, and then rotating the truck at a right angle to the workpiece; (d) contracting the outriggers after step (c) to bring the truck into contact with the floor, and then rotating the swiveling table to a position parallel to the workpiece; (e) moving the truck by the deflection amount (l) to register a center of the truck with the reference travel path; and (f) extending the outriggers to separate the truck from the floor, then rotating the truck to a position parallel to the workpiece, and further contracting the outriggers.
