    摘要: An axial resistance sheathed heater is presented. The axial resistance sheathed heater includes a retaining sheath having a first end and a second end and a resistance wire completely disposed within the retaining sheath. The heater further includes a first conductor rod partially disposed within the retaining sheath and extending beyond the first end of the retaining sheath, the first conductor rod in direct electrical communication and direct mechanical communication with the resistance wire; and a second conductor rod partially disposed within said retaining sheath and extending beyond the second end of the retaining sheath, the second conductor rod in direct electrical communication and direct mechanical communication with the resistance wire. The resistance wire, the first conductor rod and the second conductor rod comprise a circuit achieving a power to voltage rating of about 5000:24.

    摘要: An efficient, long lasting identification and trail light that is suitable for marking trails and objects for nighttime identification includes a translucent housing with an internal cavity. A folding tack is mounted on the housing and is movable from a folded away storage position to an extended position for temporarily tacking the housing to an object. An electrical control circuit with a battery are suitably mounted within the cavity. A light is mounted on the housing and is connected to the control circuit. A photocell is connected to the control circuit to actuate battery power to turn on the light in darkness to identify an object or illuminate a trail.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a gaseous fluid generation system, a columnar heating device, and a method for generating a gaseous fluid. In one embodiment, the gaseous fluid generation system includes a reservoir-less columnar vessel having a liquid fluid inlet and a gaseous fluid outlet and at least one resistive heating element contained within the columnar vessel. The columnar vessel is oriented such that the gaseous fluid outlet is elevated with respect to the liquid fluid inlet. In one embodiment, the gaseous fluid generation system includes at least one resistive heating element having a power density selected to heat a fluid selected from the group consisting of a liquid fluid, a saturated gaseous fluid and a superheated gaseous fluid. In one particular embodiment, resistive heating elements of the columnar vessel have a power density selected to heat both a liquid fluid and a gaseous fluid.

    摘要: A glove box hook apparatus is provided for attachment to a glove box door which closes against a dashboard in a vehicle above the floor of the vehicle. The glove box hook apparatus includes a stop member, a flexible suspension member connected to the stop member, and a hook assembly connected to the flexible suspension member. When a bag is hung on the hook assembly, the bottom of the bag can rest on the floor of the vehicle, but, with the handles of the bag being hung from the hook assembly, the bag is prevented from falling over and the contents therein are prevented from spilling out of the bag. In general, the stop member has a relatively large thickness. The flexible suspension member has a relatively small thickness, and the stop-member thickness is large enough to prevent the stop member from moving through a clearance between the closed glove box door and the dashboard.
