摘要: A fifth generation (5G) or a pre-5G communication system provided to support a higher data transmission rate than a system after a fourth generation (4G) communication system, such as long-term evolution (LTE) is provided. An apparatus of a user equipment (UE) using device-to-device (D2D) communication is provided. The apparatus includes at least one processor, and at least one transceiver configured to be operatively coupled to the at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor is configured to receive a response message from each of a plurality of UEs in response to a request message transmitted from the UE, identify at least one UE for a dynamic group from among the plurality of UEs based on the response message, generate an identifier (ID) for the dynamic group based on an ID of the UE, and transmit, to the at least one UE, a group create message including the ID for the dynamic group.

The method for device to device communication according to the present disclosure comprises: a step of receiving, by a terminal, search data from search resources for relay search within a specified search-receiving resource pool, and decoding the same; a step of measuring, by the terminal, link qualities of the search resources which deliver demodulation reference signals, from the search resources corresponding to successfully decoded search data; and a step of filtering a link quality corresponding to an identifier of a specific relay among the measured link qualities.

The method comprises the steps of: identifying an indication of in synchronization (IS) or out of synchronization (OOS) with respect to a plurality of reception beams; starting a timer to determine a radio link failure when the indication of OOS is identified; and holding the timer when at least one of the plurality of reception beams is requested to be changed.

The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, etc. The method includes receiving a radio resource control (RRC) message including first information associated with a reference signal for a radio link monitoring (RLM) and second information associated with a threshold for the RLM, monitoring a radio link quality of at least one reference signal indicated by the first information, comparing the radio link quality of the at least one reference signal with the threshold and indicating an in-sync or an out-of-sync to a higher layer of the terminal based on the comparison result.

A method and apparatus for performing a relay communication are provided. A remote user equipment (UE) according to the present disclosure is configured to acquire a first parameter related to relay load from each of a plurality of relay candidate UEs, to select a relay UE which will perform a relay communication with the remote UE from among the plurality of relay candidate UEs based on the first parameter acquired from each of the plurality of relay candidate UEs, and to perform the relay communication with the selected relay UE. The first parameter is generated based on cellular communication load between a base station (BS) connected to a corresponding relay candidate UE and the corresponding relay candidate UE.

摘要: A method by which a proxy server of a wireless communication system transmits and receives packets, according to one embodiment of the present specification, comprises the steps of: receiving a data request from a terminal; receiving a packet corresponding to the data request from a data server; receiving feedback related to a transmission state from a network entity comprising a base station and/or an access point (AP); determining a redundancy rate on the basis of the feedback; encoding the received packet on the basis of the determined redundancy rate; and transmitting the encoded packet to the network entity. According to the embodiment of the present description, limited wired and wireless resources can be efficiently used, and loads to be applied to the base station or the AP can be efficiently controlled.
