The present disclosure relates to a communication technique for fusing, with IoT technology, a 5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate than a 4G system, and a system thereof. The present disclosure may be applied to an intelligent service such as a smart home, a smart building, a smart city, a smart car or a connected car, health care, digital education, retail, and security and safety related services on the basis of 5G communication technologies and IoT related technologies. A method for performing a vehicle communication service by a first terminal in a wireless communication system, according to the present disclosure, may comprise the steps of: receiving a first message related to the vehicle communication service from a network entity; determining a parameter of the vehicle communication service on the basis of the first message; receiving a second message related to the vehicle communication service from a second terminal; and determining whether to process the second message on the basis of the parameter of the vehicle communication service.

An apparatus and method are provided for steering a PDU session associated with traffic routed to a selected UPF. The method includes receiving, from an AF entity, a first message including information for selecting a UPF entity for traffic routing of a terminal and information on a spatial condition associated with a location of the terminal; transmitting, to an SMF entity, a second message to receive information associated with the location of the terminal indicating that the terminal entered or left a specific area, the specific area being determined by the PCF entity based on the spatial condition; receiving, from the SMF entity, a third message including the information associated with the location of the terminal; and transmitting, to the SMF entity, a fourth message based on the information associated with the location of the terminal included in the third message, the fourth message including the information for selecting the UPF entity for traffic routing of the terminal.

Provided are a communication method and system that combine the 5G communication system with IoT technology to support a data rate higher than that of the 4G system. A method is provided that enables the terminal and the 5G network to check each other's capability information to achieve interworking between network slices defined differently by different mobile network operators. The method for providing network slice information of a visited public land mobile network (VPLMN) in a wireless communication system includes generating mapping information by mapping first slice information for a visited public land mobile network (HPLMN) of a user equipment (UE) and second slice information for the VPLMN connected to the UE when roaming, and transmitting, to the UE, information corresponding to a slice requested by the UE, the information selected based on the mapping information.

A method and an apparatus for combining different wallets on a mobile device are provided. The method of combining a plurality of wallet applications for a commercial transaction service using a mobile device includes acquiring wallet data including at least one of payment information or non-payment information provided by each of the plurality of wallet applications; combining the wallet data according to predetermined regulation information; and providing the combined wallet data through a combination application.
