摘要: When a digital image recording means records digital image on an image recording medium based on order information or on digital image data, a computing means calculates digital image layout information, and calculates, based on the digital image layout information, X-cut size information used for cutting the image recording medium in the direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction of the conveyance means and Y-cut size information used for cutting the image recording medium in the direction perpendicular to the cutting direction for the X-cut. A cutting means which cuts the image recording medium into a prescribed size has an X-cut means to cut the image recording medium in the direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction of the conveyance means in accordance with the X-cut size information and a Y-cut means to cut the image recording medium in the direction perpendicular to the cutting direction of the X-cut in accordance with the Y-cut size information.

摘要: An ink jet recording ink comprising water, a coloring material such as carbon black, (a) a dispersant containing at least one of a sulfonic acid group, sulfuric ester, and salt thereof, such as a polystyrenesulfonate polymer, and (b) a dispersant above-mentioned dispersants is preferably from 0.1 to 20 parts by weight based on 10 parts by weight of the coloring material. Further, the pH, surface tension, and viscosity of the ink are preferably from 7.0 to 10.0, from 30 to 65 mN/m, and from 1.0 to 10.0 mPa.multidot.s, respectively. Dispersion stability for a long period of time is improved, kogation in the thermal ink jet method is prevented, and excellent fixation on paper is obtained containing a carboxyl group or salt thereof, such as a styrene-maleate polymer, wherein the ratio by weight of (a) to (b) is from 1:5 to 1:100.

摘要: A heating machine for heating an ingot of a metal such as a magnesium alloy. The heating machine has a heating chamber equipped with a RF induction coil capable of swinging about a horizontally axis. The coil is placed horizontally, and the metal ingot is fed into the coil from an introduction chamber by a pushrod. Stoppers prevent the ingot from falling from the RF induction coil when it is switched from its horizontal posture to its vertical posture. The coil is wound on a cylindrical member. A rotatable hollow shaft is firmly mounted to the holder in a perpendicular relation to a substantially axially central portion of the cylindrical member. A part of the coil is inserted in the hollow shaft via an insulating material. The rotatable hollow shaft is swung by a swinging mechanism. The induction heating coil is wound on a ceramic holder. A metal ingot is inserted in the holder with a given clearance. A plurality of pillars of L-shaped cross section are fitted over the holder to place it in position vertically and horizontally.

摘要: An upper unit of an injecting molding apparatus includes an ingot entry for introducing into the apparatus an ingot to be molded and an ingot heating chamber for heating the ingot supplied via the entry, and a lower unit includes a crusher for crushing the heated ingot and an injecting machine having an axially movable screw shaft for slurring and injecting the crushed ingot into a mold. The upper and lower units are interconnected via a flexible connector unit which is flexible in a vertical direction to allow the lower unit to vertically displace relative to the upper unit. By disengaging the connector unit from the upper unit, the lower unit can be disconnected from and laterally pivoted with respect to the upper unit to permit easy access to both the units. This displacement of the lower unit permits facilitated maintenance operations of the apparatus. A lower door provided for openably closing an ingot exit hole of the heating chamber is a vertically pivotable door that does not require a large operating space.

摘要: A supervisory system for a primary group digital transmission line wherein a terminal repeater transmits, over a supervisory line, address information designating an intermediate repeater and line within the intermediate repeater to be monitored while the line is in a normal, in-service condition. The terminal repeater and intermediate repeaters are cascade connected by way of the supervisory line. The terminal repeater and each of the intermediate repeaters include amplifiers that receive and send information along the transmission line, and have a monitor output. The monitor output is processed by an error monitor within the terminal repeater and in each of the intermediate repeaters and the results of the error monitoring provided to the supervisory line in response to polling by the terminal repeater.

摘要: A data reading circuit for a semiconductor memory device includes: a first input terminal and a second input terminal each receiving complementary signals. A first and a second current mirror type sense amplifiers, each including a reference node, an output terminal, a first transistor connected with the reference node, and a second transitor connected with the output terminal. A gate of the first transitor of the first current mirror type sense amplifier and a gate of the second transistor of the second current mirror type sense amplifier are connected to the first input terminal. A gate of the second transistor of the first current mirror type sense amplifier and a gate of the first transitor of the second current mirror type sense amplifier are connected to a second input terminal. The data reading circuit further includes a short-circuiting transistor connected between the reference nodes of both the first and the second current mirror type sense amplifiers. The first short-circuiting transistor is able to conduct therethrough temporarily by receiving a clock signal at a gate.
