摘要： On a leadframe on which to fix a photodetector element, an element mount frame and a fitting frame are laid with a gap left in between. A shielding frame for electromagnetically shielding the photodetector element is tied, via a tying portion, not to the element mount frame but to the fitting frame. Bending the tying portion brings it into a state in which it covers the photodetector element, but the stress resulting from this bending of the tying portion is shut off by the gap so as not to spread to the element mount frame. On the element mount frame, a circuit element for processing the signal from the photodetector element also is fixed.

Moreover, for example, a control code issued by a local application module having a main purpose of controlling processing depending on a device connected shares the aforementioned device driver. For example, the local application module issues a control code in a state matched with a control code format converted by the conversion module. Alternatively, the local application module issues a local control code by indicating issuance of a local control code of a format different from the control code format converted by the conversion module.

摘要： A method for preparing high-purity aluminum nitride having high thermal conductivity and heat resistance for aluminum nitride substrates, which comprises the steps of reacting an organic aluminum compound with an aminotriazine in a solvent to obtain an aluminum nitride precursor, separating the precursor form the solvent, and heating the precursor at a temperature of 600.degree. C. or more in a reducing atmosphere and/or a non-oxidizing atmosphere. An aluminum nitride sinter is prepared by, if necessary, adding a sintering auxiliary to the above aluminum nitride powder, molding the powder into a desired shape, and then sintering the molded material at a temperature of 1,600.degree. to 2,000.degree. C. in a non-oxidizing atmosphere.
