    摘要: A liquid crystal display device includes a substrate having formed thereon pixel electrodes, a counter substrate placed so as to face the substrate, a seal material for bonding the substrate and the counter substrate together so as to seal a liquid crystal in a spacing formed between them, and a protective circuit formed on the substrate so as to connect adjacent scanning lines and/or signal lines, wherein the protective circuit is located inside an outer edge of a bonding region on the substrate where the seal material is applied. In an alternate embodiment, the protective circuit is located inside the inner perimeter of a region where the seal material is applied. A third embodiment employs a bifurcated insulating film layer having at least two separate sections. A first section covers the protective circuit and a second section partially covers the input terminals of the signal and scanning lines. These arrangements permit a stripping-off of the insulating film layer without exposing the protective circuit to air.

    摘要: A method for producing a color filter substrate is provided. The color filter substrate includes a base plate having a first side and a second side opposed to the first side, and a color filter layer provided on the base plate and including at least a first color layer having a plurality of first color portions and a second color layer having a plurality of second color portions. The at least the first color layer and the second color layer including a final color layer. The plurality of first color portions and the plurality of second color portions are respectively adjacent to each other. The method includes the step of forming a color filter layer. The step of forming the color filter layer includes a repetition of the steps of applying a dry film on the base plate from the first side to the second side of the base plate while pressing the dry film by a laminate method; and patterning the dry film applied on the base plate, thereby forming a color layer including a plurality of color portions. The final color layer is formed on at least a part of exposed surface areas extending from the first side to the second side. The dry film for forming the final color layer is applied while expelling from between the dry film and the base plate through the exposed surface areas.

    摘要: It is intended to provide a radioactive diagnostic imaging agent comprising a radioactive halogen-labeled compound as an active ingredient, in which the active ingredient is prevented from radiolysis and its stability is improved. This is achieved by adding a biologically-acceptable sugar or sugar alcohol to the radioactive diagnostic imaging agent in an amount effective to prevent radiolysis. The sugar is preferably selected from the group consisting of erythrose, threose, ribose, arabinose, xylose, lyxose, allose, altrose, glucose, mannose, gulose, idose, galactose, talose, erythrulose, ribulose, xylulose, psicose, fructose, sorbose, and tagatose.
