In a prescribed high-speed rotation region where a control rack is maintained in a prescribed high-speed side designed position, when a detected position of the rack sensor is offset towards the high load side than the position written in a memory, the detected position is written in the memory. The output characteristic of the rack sensor is calculated based on the detected position written in the memories, and the low-speed side and the high-speed side designed positions. The position of the control rack is calculated from the detected position based on this output characteristic.

    摘要: An apparatus for recording and reproducing a video signal has a recording portion and a reproducing portion. The recording portion has an analog-to-digital converter for converting analog video signal to digital video signal, a wave form data extraction circuit for extracting digital wave form data expressed in 8-bit detail and carried in a vertical blanking period of the video signal, and a converter for converting the digital wave form data to a quantized wave form data expressed in 2-bit detail. The video signal is recorded on a tape together with the quantized wave form data. The reproducing portion has a wave form data selector for selecting the quantized wave form data, a counter converter for converting the 2-bit quantized wave form data to the original digital wave form data of 8-bit detail, and an adder for adding the digital wave form data in a vertical blanking period of the video signal.

    摘要: An electric meter comprises a cylindrical internal magnet so magnetized as to have N and S poles oriented in a direction such that a straight line connecting both poles intersects with the central axis of the magnet at right angles thereto. First and second circular arc-shaped auxiliary yokes are provided along the magnetized direction of said cylindrical internal magnet, around the outer periphery of the internal magnet, and at prescribed distances from the N and S poles of the magnet, and a movable coil is pivotally mounted in the magnetic field produced between the tip end portions of the first and second auxiliary yokes and the N and S poles of the cylindrical internal magnet.
