    摘要: A vehicular slide door apparatus includes a slide door that is movable along a lengthwise direction of the vehicle body for opening and closing an opening area formed in the lateral side of the vehicle body, a rail secured to the lateral side of the vehicle body to extend in the lengthwise direction of the vehicle body, and a driving device for moving the slide door. The rail possesses first and second side walls and a roller operatively connected to the slide door is slidably fitted in the rail. A guide pipe extends along the rail and is secured to a surface of one of the side walls of the rail to strengthen the rail. A cable passes through the guide pipe in a movable manner and includes one end connected to the driving device and an opposite end connected to the slide door.

    摘要: A humidity sensor and a method for producing the same, in which an insulating film is first formed on a substrate. A first sensing film is formed on a first electrode to be separated by a space from the insulating film. A second sensing film of the same material as the first sensing film is again formed on the first sensing film and the insulating film, the space therebetween being filled with the second sensing film. Thus a uniform surface etching of the second sensing film is effected, to obtain a continuous flat film layer composed of the sensing film and the insulating film with a continuous flat surface, and in which a second electrode is formed on at least the sensing film.

    摘要: A synthetic mordenite molded body is prepared by a process wherein a starting mixture comprising, as the main components, a silica source, an alumina source, an alkali source and water is molded into a starting molded body, the molded body is calcined and the calcined molded body is heated in an aqueous solution of sodium silicate. The starting mixture has incorporated therein a mordenite seed crystal powder. When the molded body is calcined, the temperature is elevated by heating to a calcination temperature not lower than 400.degree. C. at an average rate of at least 10.degree. C./min and calcination is conducted at the calcination temperature within a time period of 2 hours. When the calcined molded body is crystallized, an aqueous solution of sodium silicate having an SiO.sub.2 concentration of 7 to 25% by weight, an Na.sub.2 O concentration of 2 to 8% by weight and an SiO.sub.2 /Na.sub.2 O molar ratio of from 0.9 to 4.0 is used as the aqueous solution of sodium silicate.

    摘要: A copper film is formed by bringing the vapor of an inorganic compound of copper, such as cuprous nitrate that vaporizes upon heating, into contact with a reducing gas in the reaction chamber, so that copper ions are reduced into metal copper that is to be deposited on a substrate. The obtained copper film exhibits very good step coverage and contains very little impurities, lending itself well for forming interconnections of a semiconductor device that has a high degree of integration.

    摘要: A faujasite zeolite of a high purity and a desired silica/alumina ratio is prepared by crystallizing at an elevated temperature a reaction mixture comprising a silica source, an alumina source, and an alkali metal source, wherein a transparent faujasite germ solution obtained by mixing and aging aqueous alkali metal silicate solution, an aqueous alkali metal aluminate solution and an aqueous alkali metal hydroxide solution is made present in the reaction mixture. The faujasite germ solution has an oxide molar composition represented by the following molar ratios:SiO.sub.2 /Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 =8 to 14,M.sub.2 O/Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 =7 to 30,andH.sub.2 O/M.sub.2 O=10 to 14,wherein M represents an alkali metal.The amount of the faujasite germ solution is 1 to 30 wt. % as Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 based on the faujasite zeolite.

    摘要: An output circuit includes a first transistor coupled to an external terminal and having a gate terminal that receives a first drive signal. The first transistor pulls down a potential at the external terminal when activated in accordance with the first drive signal. The output circuit also includes a capacitor. The capacitor includes a first end coupled to the gate terminal of the first transistor. A clamp circuit, coupled to a second end of the capacitor, clamps the second end of the capacitor to a potential corresponding to the operation of the first transistor. The first transistor includes a drain terminal that is not coupled to the capacitor but is coupled to the external terminal.
