摘要: The disclosure discloses a method, User Equipment (UE) and a system for realizing service continuity of a Multimedia Broadcast and Multicast Service (MBMS). The method comprises that: when a UE that is receiving or is interested in receiving the MBMS service moves, if the UE is in an idle mode, the UE selects a target cell with a same frequency as the MBMS service to perform a cell reselection or the UE uses a frequency of the MBMS as a highest-priority frequency to perform a cell reselection; if the UE is in a connected mode, a network side selects a target cell with a same frequency as the MBMS service to perform a handover according to an MBMS receiving state reported by the UE. With the disclosure, the MBMS service experience of users can be improved.

摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for name detection. A method includes generating a raw name detection model using a collection of family names and an annotated corpus including a collection of n-grams. The method includes applying the raw name detection model to a collection of semi-structured data to form annotated semi-structured data identifying n-grams identifying names and n-grams not identifying names and applying the raw name detection model to a large unannotated corpus to form a large annotated corpus data identifying n-grams of the large unannotated corpus identifying names and n-grams not identifying names. The method includes generating a name detection model, including deriving a name model using the annotated semi-structured data identifying names and the large annotated corpus data identifying names, deriving a not-name model using the semi-structured data not identifying names, and deriving a language model using the large annotated corpus.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided that dynamically render permissive status information on a human-machine interface (HMI) to inform an operator of conditions that are preventing an issued control command from executing. A status display generator deployed on the HMI can be associated with a control action to be initiated in a control program via the HMI. The control action can have one or more programmed conditions or permissives that must be satisfied before the control action can be initiated. Operators wishing to review the states of the various conditions can invoke the status display generator, which reads the conditions and their respective statuses from the control program and generates a permissive summary display listing the conditions together with their respective “ready” or “not ready” states. The permissive summary display provides a convenient reference that allows the operator to quickly assess what actions must be taken to place the system in the appropriate state to execute the desired control action.

摘要: A method of allocating the moving area list of user equipment which relating to wireless communication technology. Interacting signaling between network and UE is reduced. The utilization efficiency of network resource is enhanced. The method includes, receiving the area ID which is pre-defined from UE, acquiring the history information of the last allocated moving area list from the mobility management entity (MME) which allocated the last moving area list, allocating new moving area list according to the history information and the received area ID. Accordingly, a MME and UE are disclosed.

摘要: A parallel optical communications device is provided that has an OSA that includes at least one heat dissipation block having a slot formed in a lower surface thereof that contains a weldable insert. Likewise, an upper surface of the mounting device of the ESA has at least one slot formed therein that contains a weldable insert. After the OSA is placed in contact with the ESA and optically aligned with the ESA, the OSA is secured to the upper surface of the mounting device of the ESA by welding together the respective weldable inserts contained in the respective slots in the OSA and in the mounting device of the ESA. The welding process results in an extremely strong welded joint between the OSA and the ESA that prevents relative movement between the OSA and the ESA if external forces that are exerted on the OSA and/or on the ESA.
