    摘要: The present invention provides a bipolar battery made by using a polymer gel electrolyte or a liquid electrolyte in an electrolyte layer, which is highly reliable and prevents liquid junction (short circuit) caused by leak out of an electrolyte solution from the electrolyte part. The present invention provides a bipolar battery laminated, in series, with a plurality pieces of bipolar electrodes which is formed with a positive electrode on one surface of a collector, and a negative electrode on the other surface, so as to sandwich an electrolyte layer, characterized by being provided with a separator which retains the electrolyte later, and a seal resin which is formed and arranged at the outer circumference part of a part of the separator where the electrolyte is retained.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for accurately determining even a renal disease that could not have been detected by various conventional renal disease test methods with a reduced burden on a subject (a donor of a test sample). Another object of the present invention is to provide a method capable of determining an early stage renal disease, focusing on a renal disease marker substance with a small blind GFR area. Further, another object of the present invention is to provide a novel method for screening for a prophylactic/therapeutic agent for a renal disease capable of efficiently screening for a novel prophylactic/therapeutic agent for a renal disease that focused on a new, previously unnoticed renal disease marker substance. In order to achieve these objects, the present invention employs the step of detecting or quantifying one or two or more renal disease marker substances present in a test blood sample.

    摘要: The invention relates to a bipolar battery cell having a built-in discharge circuit that can automatically balance the charged conditions. The bipolar battery cell includes a plurality of bipolar electrodes, each including a collector having a positive-electrode layer on one surface and a negative-electrode layer on another surface. The bipolar battery cell further includes a plurality of electrolyte layers that exchange ions between the bipolar electrodes; and a discharge circuit that electrically conducts adjacent bipolar electrodes. The discharge circuit is provided on the same surface of at least one layer of the positive-electrode layers, the negative-electrode layers, or the electrolyte layers. Multiple bipolar battery cells are combined to form an assembled battery for vehicular applications.

    摘要: A cell structure that can improve heat dissipation and the vibration-proofing nature of a cell without using a cooling medium while keeping the rigidity and the discharge current quantity of the cell includes at least one electrode having a positive pole active material layer, a current collector and a negative pole active material layer. The cell structure also includes a separator provided between each electrode; and a casing. The cell structure satisfies the inequality: S c × 1000 > b × 1000 S wherein b (mm) indicates a short-side length of the electrode, S (m2) indicates an electrode area, c (mm) indicates a cell structure thickness and 1000 (m2/mm) is a constant. The separators have a different Shore A hardness and the separator having the lowest Shore A hardness is placed at a center of the cell structure.

    摘要: Disclosed is a cell with a power-generating element and an outer package. The power-generating element includes a unit cell layer including a first electrode, a second electrode and an electrolyte layer disposed between the first and second electrodes. In the first electrode, a first collector is provided with one of a positive electrode active material layer and a negative electrode active material layer. In the second electrode, a second collector is provided with the other one of the positive and negative electrode active material layers. The first and second collectors have thicknesses such that when a conductor from outside penetrates at least two cells and a short circuit is formed between two cells via the conductor, shorted portions of the first and second collectors are fused by the heat generated by the current before the temperature of the cells reaches a predetermined value so that the short circuit is blocked.
