摘要: A method of RTM molding wherein a reinforcing fiber substrate is placed in a mold, each of a first and a second resin distribution media exhibiting a resin flow resistance lower than the resistance of the reinforcing fiber substrate is placed on each surface of the reinforcing fiber substrate, and the inside of the mold is evacuated and a resin is injected into the mold to thereby impregnate the reinforcing fiber substrate with the resin injected, characterized in that the first resin distribution medium exhibits a resin flow resistance lower than that of the second resin distribution medium, and the evacuation is carried out through the second resin distribution medium while the resin is injected through the first resin distribution medium. The method can be advantageously employed for producing, in particular, FRP structure which is thick and excellent in designability, lightweight property and/or strength.

摘要: A first storage unit is accessed randomly in a unit equal to or greater than a predetermined data unit. The first storage unit stores a target program required to be read randomly in a unit smaller than the data unit to execute. A second storage unit stores a reading program for reading the target program from the first storage unit. A control unit reads the target program from the first storage unit according to the reading program of the second storage unit. The control unit stores the read target program to a third storage unit that can be accessed in a unit smaller than the data unit. The control unit executes the target program stored in the third storage unit to gain access randomly to the first storage unit in a unit smaller than the data unit in a quasi manner.

摘要: In an automatic gain control (AGC) circuit for controlling a preceding gain control unit and a following gain control unit, the AGC circuit according to the present invention includes at least a comparison unit, a first gain control signal output unit and a second gain control signal output unit. The comparison unit compares a signal level from the following gain control unit with a reference value. The first gain control signal output unit outputs a first gain control signal to the following gain control unit in response to an output signal obtained as a result of comparison in the comparison unit. The second gain control signal output unit outputs a second gain control signal to the preceding gain control unit. Further, the second gain control signal has a time constant longer than that of the first gain control signal output unit, in response to the output signal obtained as the result of comparison in the comparison unit.

摘要: A suspension coil spring, when assembled to a suspension device, in which a spring reaction axis (AR) is positioned coincident with or sufficiently close to a load input axis (AA), and the design and manufacture of coil springs are facilitated. Namely, a suspension coil spring (10) in a free state is formed so that a coil axis (AC) is bent in V-shape at bend point (PB) and the distance from the end turn center (CU) of the upper seating surface (38) to an imaginary coil axis (AI) is an upper inclination amount (VU), and the distance from the end turn center (CL) to the imaginary coil axis (AI) is a lower inclination amount (VL). When the suspension coil spring (10) is interposed between spring seats (22, 24) in the suspension device and compressed along a strut axis, the spring reaction AR axis of the suspension coil spring (10) is inclined and offset with respect to the imaginary coil axis (AL) according to the inclination amounts (VU, VL).

摘要: A process for producing acetic acid including an acetic acid collection step for feeding a first distillation column with a volatile component at least containing acetic acid, methyl acetate, methyl iodide, water, and hydrogen iodide. Separating a first lower boiling point component as an overhead, and collecting a first liquid stream containing acetic acid. An acetic acid purification step for feeding a second distillation column with the first liquid stream, and separating a second lower boiling point component as an overhead. Collecting a second liquid stream containing acetic acid. An alkali component is added or mixed for distilling a mixture to be treated containing the first liquid stream and the alkali component in the second distillation column. In the mixture, at least one component (A) having a boiling point lower than acetic acid. The at least one component (A) having a concentration of 0.1 to 15% by weight.
