摘要： A connection monitoring apparatus determines whether the connection monitoring apparatus is communicatively connected to the customer apparatus at a regular connection time. When the connection monitoring apparatus is not communicatively connected to the customer apparatus at the regular connection time and the present time falls within the support contract time of a customer, the connection monitoring apparatus issues a connection fault notification. When the connection monitoring apparatus is not communicatively connected to the customer apparatus at the regular connection time and the present time does not fall within the support contract time of the customer, the connection monitoring apparatus suppresses the connection fault notification from being issued and issues the connection fault notification at the next support contract time of the customer.

摘要： A relay apparatus receives connection check mail transmitted from a plurality of terminal apparatuses connected to the relay apparatus to a monitoring apparatus when the configuration or settings of the terminal apparatuses changes. The relay apparatus attaches a relay apparatus ID that uniquely identifies the relay apparatus to the header of the connection check mail. The relay apparatus transmits the connection check mail with the relay apparatus ID attached thereto to the monitoring apparatus. When stopping the monitoring of the terminal apparatus under the control of the relay apparatus, the relay apparatus transmits to the monitoring apparatus monitoring stop instruction mail with the relay apparatus ID attached thereto.

摘要： In an apparatus for obtaining an image by irradiating a charged particle beam on a specimen, a condition of the beam conditioned differently from vertical incidence as in the case of the beam being tilted is required to be adjusted. To this end, the apparatus has a controller for automatically controlling a stigmator, an objective lens and a deflector such that astigmatism is corrected, focus is adjusted and view filed shift is corrected. The controller has a selector for inhibiting at least one of the astigmatism correction, focus adjustment and FOV shift correction from being executed.

The present invention makes it possible to be contained a large amount of inorganic materials in a chlorinated vinyl chloride resin by forming a uniform gel phase of the chlorinated vinyl chloride resin and the solvent and wrapping inorganic materials in the gel phase. A foamed article produced by employing pre-expanded particles of the chlorinated vinyl chloride resin containing inorganic materials has an excellent heat resistance, i.e. the foamed article generates little heat, produces little smoke and little poison gas and is hardly strained and cracked at burning, and further, has a large dimensional stability.
