    摘要： An optical sheet having both of an excellent light condensing function and an excellent scratch resistance is provided. An optical sheet (40) includes: a sheet-like main body (45); at least three or more first unit shaped elements (50) arranged on one surface (46) of the main body; and second unit shaped elements (55) arranged on the one surface of the main body. Each of the second unit shaped elements extend in parallel with in one direction on a sheet surface of the main body. A height H1 of each of the first unit shaped elements from the one surface is higher than a height H2 of each of the second unit shaped elements. A rate of an area occupied by the first unit shaped elements on the one surface is not more than 10.0%, when observed along a normal direction nd relative to the one surface.

    摘要： A display device, with a pair of substrates provided so as to face each other with a display medium interposed therebetween, includes, on a first substrate of the pair of substrates: switching elements disposed in a matrix; scanning lines and signal lines disposed so as to cross each other; and an interlayer insulating film provided so as to have the switching elements, the scanning lines and the signal lines on one surface thereof and pixel electrodes on the other surface thereof. Each of the pixel electrodes is electrically connected to a drain electrode of one of the switching elements via a contact hole which penetrates through the interlayer insulating film. The interlayer insulating film is made of an organic thin film having a high transparency and covers at least the switching elements, the scanning lines and the signal lines. Furthermore, the interlayer insulating film is provided so as to contact directly with the first substrate in a light-transmitting area which is not shaded at least by the switching elements, the scanning lines and the signal lines.

    摘要： A liquid crystal display element includes an active matrix substrate; a color filter substrate; a sealing material for attaching the active matrix substrate and the color filter substrate with a predetermined gap maintained therebetween; and liquid crystal injected in the gap between the active matrix substrate and the color filter substrate. The active matrix substrate includes a pixel electrode comprising a reflective conductive material; a switching element connected to the pixel electrode; a gate signal line receiving a driving signal for driving the switching element; and a source signal line receiving a display signal. A plurality of said pixel electrodes and a plurality of said switching elements are arranged in a matrix, and a plurality of said gate signal lines and a plurality of said source signal lines are arranged so as to intersect each other. The color filter substrate includes a color filter having a plurality of color layers corresponding to a plurality of colors; a display region; and a frame region positioned on the outer periphery of the display region, the plurality of color layers being formed in the display region and in the frame region.
