    摘要: An input digital signal with M(=5) samples/second is converted to an output signal with N(=6) samples/second with n(=9) quantization bits. The device comprises parallel shift registers each having bit length P+n(P=11) for accepting an input signal with bit length n; an address converter for providing the continuous P bits in input signals from each of said parallel shift registers for every shift operation of said shift registers; N groups of ROMs (read only memory) storing the predetermined value in each address which is designated by output of said address converter; a shift register adder for accumulating output of said ROMs with shift operation; and an output gate coupled with output of said shift register adder for providing a converted output signal.

    摘要: The invention provides a standing position support apparatus having: a standing position support column for holding a passenger in an upright posture on a main body of a vehicle which rolls or orbits along a track; a height-adjusting frame which is disposed at the standing position support column to be vertically movable therealong and adjusted at a proper position in accordance with the height of the passenger and which has a locking mechanism for locking the height-adjusting frame; and a body safety support mechanism having a pair of right and left shoulder holders which are free to pivot and support the upper half of the body (e.g., surrounding of the shoulders) of the passenger, a saddle for supporting the pelvic portion of the body, and an abdominal support for supporting the lower torso of the passenger. With the standing room apparatus, the passenger can be safely held to stand on the main body while it is in motion and can enjoy thrilling excitement as if he were standing on the main body by himself.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for switching the relative position between roving bobbins held by bobbin hangers of a front row and the roving bobbins held by the rear row in a spinning frame. The roving bobbin exchange operation is carried out as successive unit operations from one end-side of the spinning frame to the other end-side thereof. In each unit operation, first the axial distance between a bobbin hanger of the front row and a bobbin hanger of the rear row, which are positioned adjacently in the lengthwise direction of the spinning frame, is reduced to a predetermined distance, then the relative position of those two bobbin hangers is reversely changed while maintaining the reduced axial distance. Thereafter, the axial distance between those two bobbin hangers is returned to the initial condition for carrying out the spinning operation. The roving bobbin exchange operation can be carried out during the normal spinning operation, when the roving bobbins held by either one of the bobbin hangers of the front row and the rear row become substantially exhausted.

    摘要: An image data processing apparatus includes a configuration selecting unit, a loading unit, and a controller. The configuration selecting unit determines types of image characteristics of individual processing units in image data and selects plural pieces of circuit configuration data for individual processing units. The loading unit predicts a predetermined number of pieces of circuit configuration data in descending order of the likelihood of being selected for the processing unit currently being processed, and loads, before selection of the circuit configuration data for the processing unit, the predetermined number of pieces of configuration data into a circuit configuration memory for a reconfigurable circuit. If the selected circuit configuration data has already been loaded, the controller causes the circuit configuration to be reconfigured. If the selected circuit configuration data has not been loaded, the controller causes the selected circuit configuration data to be loaded and the circuit configuration to be reconfigured.
