In the magnesium recovery method and magnesium recovery apparatus, anode electrolyzed water (7a) and cathode electrolyzed water (7b) produced by electrolysis of seawater are separated, alkaline material is inputted into the anode electrolyzed water to adjust pH, magnesium is precipitated as magnesium hydroxide in the cathode electrolyzed water, and recovered, and the anode electrolyzed water after pH adjustment and cathode electrolyzed water after carbonate fixation are intermixed, and discharged in a state where a pH of the intermixed water is identical to a pH of the seawater. As a result, magnesium can be recovered from seawater while minimizing impact on the environment.

A service retrieval apparatus has a service information database which stores service information including a type of service provided by a server and positional information, and a service retrieval apparatus database which stores information including installation positions of other service retrieval apparatuses. A service retrieval unit generates retrieval conditions to execute service retrieval in response to a service retrieval request from a client. When it is judged by a retrieval result judgment unit that a result of the retrieval by the service retrieval unit does not satisfy judgment criteria set in advance, a retrieval range setting unit changes a retrieval range included in the retrieval conditions so as to be wider or narrower. The service retrieval unit performs service retrieval again with respect to the change retrieval range and obtains a retrieval result with which a user is satisfied.

Disclosed is a method for producing perchlorate, which comprises: an electrolytic step (S1) wherein an electrolysis vessel (2), in which a positive electrode side (4A) on which a positive electrode (4) is arranged and a negative electrode side (5A) on which a negative electrode (5) is arranged are divided by a cation-exchange membrane (6), is used and an aqueous solution of sodium chlorate is electrolytically oxidized on the positive electrode side (4A) of the electrolysis vessel (2); a neutralization reaction step (S2) wherein a substance an aqueous solution of which shows alkalinity is added to the aqueous perchloric acid solution that has been produced by the electrolytic oxidation on the positive electrode side, so that perchlorate is synthesized by a neutralization reaction; and a crystallization process wherein the perchlorate synthesized by the neutralization reaction is obtained as crystals. The crystallization process is composed of an evaporative crystallization step (S3), or alternatively composed of three steps, namely an evaporative concentration step (S21), a cooling crystallization step (S22), and a separation step (S23).

In the method, ice 11 including oxygen gas g2 as gas bubbles b is produced and the produced ice 11 is irradiated with ultraviolet radiation, then the oxygen gas g2 in the ice 11 is ozonized to manufacture ozone ice 1.

The device registration unit registers at least a part of the devices and attributes thereof while associating the devices with the attributes respectively. The device retrieval unit retrieves devices and attributes thereof from the devices and the attributes registered in the device registration units. The identity judgment unit judges identity as to whether a device retrieved from one of the device registration units is identical to a device retrieved from one of the others of the device registration units, based on common points of attributes of the retrieved devices.

When a retrieve request of a service is issued, a service retrieving apparatus according to the present invention sets a retrieve range of services within a wide-area network based upon both a service retrieving request source and a service use condition in accordance with both a geographical view point and communication conditions of networks. The service retrieving apparatus is installed in each of plural networks which constitute the wide-area network, detects a service server contained in each of these networks, and acquires service information. The acquired service information is also notified to the service retrieving apparatus of other networks.

An image data processing apparatus includes a configuration selecting unit, a loading unit, and a controller. The configuration selecting unit determines types of image characteristics of individual processing units in image data and selects plural pieces of circuit configuration data for individual processing units. The loading unit predicts a predetermined number of pieces of circuit configuration data in descending order of the likelihood of being selected for the processing unit currently being processed, and loads, before selection of the circuit configuration data for the processing unit, the predetermined number of pieces of configuration data into a circuit configuration memory for a reconfigurable circuit. If the selected circuit configuration data has already been loaded, the controller causes the circuit configuration to be reconfigured. If the selected circuit configuration data has not been loaded, the controller causes the selected circuit configuration data to be loaded and the circuit configuration to be reconfigured.
