摘要： A pre-record data storage device includes: a first recorder; a second recorder having a capacity larger than that of the first recorder; a face comparison processor that executes a face comparison process on a person's face detected from an image obtained by photographing the person; and a recording controller. The recording controller allows the first recorder to start pre-recording of the image of the person from a face detection time when the person's face is detected, and to finish the pre-recording at a matched time when matching is confirmed as a result of the face comparison process of the face comparison processor. The recording controller stores pre-recorded data from the face detection time to the matched time in the second recorder.

摘要： There is provided a small-type semiconductor integrated circuit whose circuit area is small and whose wiring length is short. The semiconductor integrated circuit is constructed in a multi-layer structure and is provided with a first semiconductor layer, a first semiconductor layer transistor formed in the first semiconductor layer, a wiring layer which is deposited on the first semiconductor layer and in which metal wires are formed, a second semiconductor layer deposited on the wiring layer and a second semiconductor layer transistor formed in the second semiconductor layer. It is noted that insulation of a gate insulating film of the first semiconductor layer transistor is almost equal with that of a gate insulating film of the second semiconductor layer transistor and the gate insulating film of the second semiconductor layer transistor is formed by means of radical oxidation or radical nitridation.

摘要： In an inner wall surface of a casing, grooves are formed that correspond to end faces of an outer rotor and an inner rotor, and seal members are disposed within the grooves, the seal members presses against the end faces of the outer rotor and the inner rotor. Inclined portions are provided in sealing portions of resin members of seal members, the sealing portions covering a closed portion. With this configuration, an internal pressure in the closed portion causes the inclined portions to separate from an outer rotor and an inner rotor when a brake fluid pressure within the closed portion increases to the point that the brake fluid is excessively compressed, releasing the brake fluid that is inside the closed portion. It is therefore possible to prevent the brake fluid pressure from increasing excessively within the closed portion.
