    摘要: The disclosure provides a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) control device, system and method. The RFID control device includes a base station controller (40). The base station controller (40) includes a base service module (402), a peripheral service module (401) and a control logic module (403), wherein the base service module (402) controls a base service device (50) and reports a control result information; the peripheral service module (401) controls a peripheral equipment (80) and reports a control result information; and the control logic module (403) receives the control result information reported by the base service module (402) and the peripheral service module (401), controls the base service device (50) through the base service module (402) and controls the peripheral equipment (80) through the peripheral service module (401) according to a control logic rule. When a use scene is changed, only the control logic rule of the control logic module (403) needs to be overwritten.

    摘要: An early warning and monitoring system is disclosed for battery cells and battery packs. During normal cycling of a battery, surface temperature, voltage, current and impedance may be monitored to determine if abnormalities exist in the battery and/or battery structure. The abnormalities may be advantageously detected using battery temperature characteristics, where the characteristics are subject to rule-based processing to determine impending battery failure. By receiving advance notice of failure, a warning signal may be transmitted to provide notice and/or allow corrective action to be taken.

    摘要: Heat pumps that heat or cool a space and that also heat water, refrigerant management systems for such heat pumps, methods of managing refrigerant charge, and methods for heating and cooling a space and heating water. Various embodiments deliver refrigerant gas to a heat exchanger that is not needed for transferring heat, drive liquid refrigerant out of that heat exchanger, isolate that heat exchanger against additional refrigerant flowing into it, and operate the heat pump while the heat exchanger is isolated. The heat exchanger can be isolated by closing an electronic expansion valve, actuating a refrigerant management valve, or both. Refrigerant charge can be controlled or adjusted by controlling how much liquid refrigerant is driven from the heat exchanger, by letting refrigerant back into the heat exchanger, or both. Heat pumps can be operated in different modes of operation, and segments of refrigerant conduit can be interconnected with various components.

An example method disclosed herein includes invoking an audience monitor to transmit a radio frequency (RF) initialization packet to a base unit, receiving an indication that the base unit has received the RF initialization packet at a first time, and invoking the base unit to transmit an RF acknowledgement packet to the audience monitor. The example method also includes receiving an indication that the RF acknowledgement packet is received by the audience monitor and waiting for an end to a delay period having a first value, identifying whether the audience monitor has finished processing the RF acknowledgement packet when the delay period ends at a second time, and incrementing the delay period to a second value when the audience monitor is still processing the RF acknowledgement packet and the delay period has ended.
