摘要: A printer in which difference in color tone or contrast between a picture displayed on a display and a picture printed by the printer device is suppressed to a minimum. The display is preferably integrated with the printer. The printer includes an image data inputting unit for receiving input image information, e.g., by reading image data from a digital storage medium or from film, and providing digital image data based thereupon. Display outputting circuitry outputs an image signal corresponding to the digital image data to the display. A picture printing unit prints an image corresponding to the digital image data on a recording medium. A characteristics correction unit corrects a display setting prescribing display image properties of the display and a printing characteristics setting prescribing printing picture properties of the printing unit, so that color tone and/or contrast of the displayed and printed pictures are equalized. The printer also preferably includes circuitry for automatically correcting a tilt of a picture, e.g., tilt of an object in a photograph.

摘要: Improved open bit line architecture is disclosed, comprising two types of memory cell groups, which are different in size from each other. Normal memory mats are arranged in a predetermined direction and each comprises smaller sized memory cells such as 6F2 cells. Two end memory mats are arranged to sandwich the normal memory mats in the predetermined direction and comprises larger sized memory cells such as 8F2 cells. With the architecture, some advantages of folded bit line structure are introduced into open bit line structure.

摘要: The present invention provides a display device which can provide a stereoscopic display to a viewer by overlapping a plurality of sheets of liquid crystal panels. A front liquid crystal panel and a rear liquid crystal panel are overlapped to each other. The display device also includes a TCON board on which timing controllers which are connected with a front liquid crystal panel and a rear liquid crystal panel are arranged. The timing controllers output output I/F signals to the front liquid crystal panel and the rear liquid crystal panel based on input I/F signals which are inputted from an external image signal source.
