摘要： A rotary drive for a front wheel gear drive bicycle is described in which a front wheel gear assembly disposed on the hub of the front wheel, a torque balancing gear assembly disposed to the head tube of the bicycle, and a pedal gear assembly incorporated into the crank axle at the bottom bracket. They are all interconnected by a rigid coupling and a conventional multiple speed gear assembly can be incorporated in the system to select a preferred riding speed. The front wheel gear assembly, together with the torque balancing gear assembly, allow an efficient front wheel drive with smooth and stable steering and provides a mechanism for a true all terrain bicycle.

摘要： Disclosed herein in a garment bag which folds from a fully folded configuration to a tote configuration and an open configuration. The garment bag has wheels, a lifting mechanism, a linkage assembly, and an actuator. The lifting mechanism includes a shoulder strap. The shoulder strap can pull on the linkage assembly to fold the garment bag from the tote configuration to the fully folded configuration. The wheels facilitate transport of the garment bag when the garment bag is in the tote configuration. The garment bag automatically locks in the fully folded configuration to facilitate carrying of and storage of the garment bag. The actuator is engageable to automatically release the garment bag from the fully folded configuration to the tote configuration.

摘要： A method for controlling an overload of distributed processors of a full electronic switching system, capable of automatically calculating the number of calls to be accepted for a current interval by use of the number of calls accepted for a previous interval and the number of standby processes of a call processing program so that only the number of calls corresponding to the number of services calculated is acceptable, thereby maintaining a stable service condition for an overload control interval, and capable of realizing a priority control depending on the type of call. The method includes the first step of executing a call processing delay monitoring process loaded in an access switching processor by a priority not higher than a call processing process, but higher than an operation and maintenance process, thereby monitoring an execution condition of the call processing process, the second step of executing an overload control process by a priority higher than the call processing process, thereby determining and controlling an overload occurring in the processor, and the third step of repeating a process for changing a CPU reference value infinite times when a demand for a change of the CPU reference value is generated from an operator after the call processing delay monitoring process and the overload control process have started.

摘要： A device is described which measures and dispenses accurate and reproducible volumes of normal, viscous, or low density organic liquid. The device consists of a rigid cylindrical tube containing a main coil spring which makes the core shaft move, a double-plunger attached on the low end of the core shaft, and a syringe barrel attached securely on the low end of the cylindrical tube. The coil spring is supported by the lower end plug through which the core shaft moves. This double-plunger system should measure liquid volumes accurately without air space between the liquid and the plunger, and deliver completely without leaving any residual liquid in the syringe barrel.
