Abstract:
The apparatus is a configurable cleaning apparatus which may utilize a one piece, removable, rotatable and reversible handle that revolves around a pivot lug located on the back of the apparatus body. The reversible and revolving handle utilizes a “Flex-Loc” system which provides at least two locking handle positions. One handle position provides for more power scrubbing of tougher surfaces such as tire walls. The other handle position provides a longer length for cleaning harder to reach areas. The variable handle provides the user customizable operating positions.
Abstract:
Provided are a cleaning composition for removing an organic material remaining on an organic layer and a method of forming a semiconductor device using the composition. The cleaning composition includes 0.01-5 wt %. hydroxide based on a total weight of the cleaning composition and deionized water.
Abstract:
A drill-powered rotational brush apparatus features an electrically non-conductive tubular housing, and a metal input shaft rotatably supported in the housing has an external end reaching out from the housing for engagement in the chuck of the drill. A connection is provided between an internal end of the metal input shaft and a brush whose radial bristles reside externally of the housing at the second end thereof. The connection features an electrical insulator that electrically isolates the metal input shaft from the brush and any portion of the connection that lies externally of the tubular housing beyond the second end thereof, thereby protecting the user form the risk of electrical shock. The connection end of the brush matches the cross-sectional size and peripheral shape of the external end of the input shaft to allow coupling together of two like apparatuses to collectively form a longer brush assembly.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for automatically measuring a thread element at an end portion of a pipe or tube P after thread processing, on a thread processing line 100 in which thread processing is performed on the end portion of each pipe or tube P which is successively conveyed, comprising: a cleaning step of cleaning the end portion of the pipe or tube by a thread cleaning apparatus 30 after the thread processing; a drying step of drying the end portion of the pipe or tube P cleaned in the cleaning step by a thread drying apparatus 40; and a measuring step of measuring the thread element at the end portion of the pipe or tube P by an automatic thread element measurement 50 after drying, wherein the end portion of the pipe or tube is put under a clean atmosphere at least in the measuring step.
Abstract:
A device for cleaning a surface (e.g., a barbeque grill, etc.) generally includes an enclosure having at least a lower side, an upper side, and a peripheral edge. The device includes a plurality of motors each having a rotational shaft selectively fixable with a rotatable brush. At least a portion of bristles of each brush projects below a plane of the lower side of the enclosure. The device also includes a circuit adapted for connecting power from a power source to each of the motors for a preset period of time upon actuation of an electrical switch connected thereto. The circuit is adapted to run each motor in a first direction and then an opposing direction, such that if the device becomes stuck at an obstruction, it will eventually turns around due to the alternating directions of the motors.
Abstract:
An apparatus for sawing cured slipform cast concrete products, which apparatus comprises a frame with wheels, and a concrete saw connected movably to the frame, wherein the apparatus comprises a brushing unit for cleaning slipform casting bed.
Abstract:
A system and method for cleaning instruments, which provides removal and collection of material from one or more surgical instruments. The cleaning apparatus may be a dry cleaning process or offered in conjunction with one or more fluids. In one embodiment, the cleaning apparatus continuously purges blood, bone and other debris quickly and may comprise a system for removing reusable material from the cleaning process for reuse.
Abstract:
A photovoltaic (PV) module cleaning system can include a robotic cleaning device and a support system. The support system can be configured to provide a metered fill to the robotic cleaning device. In some embodiments, the robotic cleaning device and include a curved cleaning head. Various techniques for deploying a robotic cleaning device on PV modules include out-and-back, leapfrog, among others.
Abstract:
1. The present invention relates to a device for manufacture of three-dimensional models by means of a 3D printing process, whereby a spreader device is used to deposit particulate material in layers on a build platform and the particulate material flow, which occurs perpendicular to the spreading direction, is transferred into containers that are actively cleaned by sliders or brushes at the spreader device. It exploits the fact that particulate material that is moves dynamically can only bridge small height differences. The arrangement can be implemented in a space-saving manner beneath the spreading plane.
Abstract:
A media scrubbing system includes a pair of rotating brushes arranged to rotate in opposed directions and receive media between the rotating brushes so as to scrub downwards on opposed surfaces of the media. The system includes oscillating rollers for supporting the media between the brushes. The oscillating rollers are arranged to reciprocally move vertically so as to oscillate the media as the brushes are rotating.
