摘要: A method for making a three-dimensional (3D) part with an electrostatographic based additive manufacturing system includes establishing first and second control parameter profiles, establishing a transfusion sequence, and transfusing n+m layers on a bonding region of previously accumulated layers of the 3D part according to the transfusion sequence. The first and second control parameter profiles each include a different combination of temperature and pressure parameters usable to transfuse a single layer of the 3D part. The transfusion sequence specifies the use of each of the first and second control parameter profiles in a specified order. A total thickness of the n+m layers is less than a thermal diffusion depth. The transfusion step includes transfusing n layers according to the first control parameter profile, and, after transfusing then layers, transfusing m layers according to the second control parameter profile.

摘要: A method for manufacturing includes applying patterned electromagnetic energy to each of a sequence of layers of a dry film comprising a photosensitive material so as to create in the photosensitive material in each of the layers a respective two-dimensional (2D) pattern corresponding to a slice of a predefined three-dimensional (3D) structure. The layers in the sequence in which the respective 2D pattern has been created are laminated together to produce a multi-layer stack. The multi-layer stack is developed so as to remove the photosensitive material in which the 2D pattern has not been created, thereby forming the 3D structure.

摘要: A printing apparatus is disclosed herein. The apparatus comprises a first carriage, moveable along an axis, comprising a first print agent dispenser to selectively eject a first set of print agents; a second carriage, moveable along the axis, comprising a second print agent dispenser to selectively eject a second set of print agents to the build material layer; and a controller. The controller is to receive data corresponding to a print job; determine a first amount of the first set of print agents and a second amount of the second set of print agents to be ejected at a print area based on the received data; determine a first delay between the ejection of the first amount of the first set of print agents and the second amount of the second set of print agents at the print area; and to independently control the movement of the first and second carriages and the ejection of print agents from the first and second print agent dispensers based on the determined first delay to generate the print job.

摘要: A multidimensional printer makes a multidimensional structure from a liquid composition and includes: an energetic crosslinking particle source; a vacuum chamber that receives energetic crosslinking particles from the energetic crosslinking particle source; a membrane that transmits the energetic crosslinking particles; and a sample chamber that: receives a liquid composition that includes a solvent and polymers, the polymers including a cross-linkable moiety subjected to the energetic crosslinking particles such that portions of the polymers proximate to the cross-linkable moieties subjected to the energetic crosslinking particles crosslink to form a solid crosslinked polymer structure, wherein the membrane isolates a vacuum of the vacuum chamber from vapor of the liquid composition in the sample chamber.

摘要: A fabrication management system includes a fabrication control apparatus and a fabrication management server. The fabrication control apparatus includes a composite fabrication unit that fabricates multiple fabricated members in a single process, and a controller that controls fabrication performed by the composite fabrication unit. The fabrication management server includes a designing section that, from fabrication information about multiple first fabricated members for which a fabrication request has been made, designs a second fabricated member that holds all the first fabricated members in a removable manner, and an instructing section that instructs fabrication to be performed in accordance with fabrication procedure information, the fabrication procedure information indicating a procedure for obtaining a finished fabricated object by assembling together the first fabricated members and the second fabricated member.
