    摘要: A simple economical multistage vulcanization process is disclosed for producing premium anomaly-free tires wherein the inner liner or curing bladder is supplied with dead end water and steam sequentially in several stages at high pressures which assure thorough diffusion of entrapped air. The internal steam pressure is 250 to 300 psig in stage I to effect rapid heat transfer, the internal water pressure in stage II is from 300 to 450 psig, and the internal steam pressure is 250 psig or higher in the first part of stage III. The overall cycle time for curing radial passenger car tires in "Bag-O-Matic" presses is reduced one minute or more by using internal steam pressures from 250 to 300 psig in stage I and III and reducing the steam pressure near the end of stage III to boil off the residual water.

    摘要: A METHOD FOR CURING TIRES IN A BLADDER-QUIPPED PRESS. DURING THE MAIN HEATING PERIOD, THE BLADDER IS FILLED FIRST WITH STEAM TO CONFORM THE TIRE AND BLADDER TO THE MOLD AND TO BEGIN THE CURE OF THE TIRE. THE STEAM IS THEN REPLACED WITH WATER AT A HIGH PRESSURE AND AT A TEMPERATURE APPROXIMATELY EQUAL TO THE MAXIMUM PERMISSILBE VULCANIZING TEMPERATURE SO AS TO MAINTAIN THE TIRE AGAINST THE MOLD AND TO CONTINUE THE CURE. IN THE FINAL PHASE OF THE MAIN HEATING PERIOD, STEAM AT A HIGH PRESSURE AT LEAST EQUAL TO THE VAPOR PRESSURE OF THE WATER IS UTILIZED TO FORCE THE WATER, WITHOUT VAPORIZATION, FROM THE BLADDER WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OF THE CURING OPERATION. THE REMAINING STEAM IS THEN VENTED TO THE ATMOSPHERE.     摘要: The present patent provides a method for improving the construction process of a wide-base radial truck tire, and the improvement of the tire construction process is realized by the design of carcass ply, the tire belt drum and the tire semi-finished components. The patent solves the problem of carcass bending, and provides theoretical guidance and technical support for improving the performance of wide-angle radial tires. The design method of the belt drum of the tire molding machine effectively controls the cords elongation of the belt. In addition, the problem of uneven force in the cords of the belt is eliminated, which dispels the abnormal flow of the wide-base tire shoulder rubber to the center of the crown during the shaping process, thus improving the durability and operability of the tire. The proposed semi-finished components design method in this patent can accurately design the tire semi-finished parts material distribution map, significantly improve the finished tire and the theoretical design of tire material distribution consistency, thus reducing tire development cycle and development costs.
