    摘要: A wiring apparatus includes a substrate, two winding modules, and an axial wire dividing module. The two winding modules are disposed on the substrate. Each winding module includes a clamping mechanism with a chuck, a rotary mechanism having a rotation driving unit driving the chuck; and a reciprocating mechanism with a rail-slider assembly, the rotation driving unit connected to the slider. The axial wire dividing module is disposed on the substrate and located between the two winding modules with a wire supply channel provided with a wire inlet and a wire outlet. The wire outlet is provided with a cutter aligned with the center of the wire supply channel, and a cutting edge of the cutter faces the wire inlet; a waveguide prototype mould is formed by dividing a wire in real time and winding wires in grooves of a waveguide prototype.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a tubular multilayer structure made from a continuous fiber pre-impregnated with a thermoplastic resin includes feeding the material to a shaping station before the material is wound around the mandrel. The material is heated over a shaped hot plate while in the shaping station to lightly melt the material. The material is tensioned to at least 15,000 psi before the material is wound around the mandrel to ensure good bonding of the wound layers.

    摘要: This invention is concerned with apparatus for manufacturing spirally wound gaskets. The apparatus includes a pair of co-planar radially movable forming discs and independently mounted and axially adjustable guide members. The apparatus may be used either for winding gasket forming material tightly around one forming disc, or adapted for centerless winding where gasket forming material is wound in a loop around one forming disc. Where thin, wide-flanged gaskets are to be wound, the forming disc which abuts the outer periphery of the gasket is shaped so as not substantially to curve gasket forming material in the direction away from the gasket periphery and thus produce stress in the gasket. Where the apparatus is designed for centerless winding, a template adapted to be disposed between the forming discs to move in conjunction with gasket forming material may be provided, particularly for forming non-circular gaskets.
