摘要: An elevator installation has an elevator car that is moved in an elevator shaft between floors of a building under control of an elevator controller. The car has a first car door on a first car wall and a second car door on a second car wall. A first group of shaft doors is arranged in public zones of the building and a second group of shaft doors is arranged in non-public zones of the building. The elevator controller has a first operating mode in which the public zones are served; accordingly, only the first car door and the shaft doors for the public zones are actuated. In a second operating mode, the non-public zones are served, and accordingly only the second car door and the shaft doors for the non-public zones are activated.

摘要: A transportation system for a building with multiple floors includes a shaft, a traction sheave drive type elevator and a lift. The elevator that vertically conveys persons has an elevator car which is movable in the shaft and at least two counterweights which are movable together with the car in the shaft in a direction of movement opposite to the direction of movement of the elevator car. The elevator car and the counterweights are driven by drive engines with traction sheaves. The lift that vertically conveys objects may be a self-propelled lift. A lift platform of the lift overlaps at least partly a vertical projection of the elevator car, whereby preferably the vertical projection of the lift platform is smaller than the vertical projection of the elevator car.

摘要: An elevator with an all optical control apparatus having a control unit with a light source, a photodetector, an optical feeding fiber, and an optical feedback fiber. The light source is coupled to the optical feeding fiber and the optical feedback fiber is coupled to the photodetector. The all optical control apparatus further includes a member that can be manually actuated. The member has a fiber input and a fiber output. The fiber input is optically coupled to the optical feeding fiber and the fiber output is optically coupled to the optical feedback fiber. The member, when actuated, influences a light path between the fiber input and the fiber output in a manner that is detectable at the photodetector.

摘要: During motor jerk-out, the real component of a stator current ReI is measured as an approximation to torque current I.sub.T, and a reference acceleration A.sub.ref is obtained as an approximation to the motor acceleration, for providing, by means of linear regression, the Y intercept of a line defining the relationship between ReI and A.sub.ref, which intercept defines ReI at a constant high speed (ReI.sub.CONSTANT HIGH SPEED) for linearly relating ReI.sub.CONSTANT HIGH SPEED to a compensation frequency f.sub.comp, which is provided to a summer for summing f.sub.comp with a reference frequency f.sub.ref used for dictating motor speed. The stator current I and A.sub.ref are sampled during jerk-out when the motor is at high speed because there the real component of the stator current ReI is approximately equal to I.sub.T.
