摘要: The present invention provides device system and a method for monitoring movements of mining conveyances in a mine shaft. One or more sensors that form part of the system may be installed directly on the mining conveyances. The sensors may be accelerometers and are for detecting movements on mining conveyances. The system may analyze the descent and ascent paths of the mining conveyances on guides by recording vertical, horizontal and transverse accelerations. The analysis may comprise associating the movements with position of the mining conveyances on the guides for identification of an anomaly at a specific position.

摘要: This invention is concerning an elevator apparatus, in which a safety monitoring device corrects a detected car position using a signal from a car position detection device and monitors the presence or absence of car overspeed on the basis of an overspeed detection pattern that varies in accordance with car position. The car position detection device includes a first car position detection sensor and a second car position detection sensor which are arranged side by side in a vertical direction. The safety monitoring device performs, in parallel, first overspeed monitoring based on a car position corrected using a signal from the first car position detection sensor and second overspeed monitoring based on a car position corrected using a signal from the second car position detection sensor.

摘要: A speed detection device for a braking device in an elevator system including an elevator car and a guide rail operable in a hoistway. The speed detection device includes a safety actuation device having a first guide member disposed on a mounting plate and a second guide member disposed on the mounting plate, the first and second guide members in operable communication with the guide rail, and the mounting plate is slidingly engaged with a car frame of the elevator car. The speed detection device also includes a first rotary encoder disposed on the mounting plate and operably connected to the first guide member, and a preload mechanism operably engaged with the second guide member and configured to slidingly displace the second guide member and the safety actuation device so that the second guide member and the first guide member maintain contact with the guide rail.

摘要: In an elevator installation, an elevator car is movably arranged alongside guide rails and the elevator car is equipped with a brake system with preferably two safety brakes. A movement monitoring system monitors the movement parameters of the elevator car and triggers corresponding warnings or safety measures, if permissible threshold values are exceeded or it provides determined adjusted movement parameters to an elevator control. The movement monitoring system determines a first movement parameter in a time interval and detects an acceleration of the elevator car. The movement monitoring system determines the time interval for determining the adjusted movement parameter as a function of the detected acceleration.

摘要: A ropeless elevator system 10 includes a lane 13, 15, 17. One or more cars 20 are arranged in the lane. At least one linear motor 38, 40 is arranged along one of the lane and the one or more cars, and a magnet 50, 60 is arranged along the other of the lane and the one or more cars. The at least one magnet is responsive to the at least one linear motor. A linear motor controller 70 is operatively connected to the at least one linear motor, and a lane controller 80 is operatively connected to the linear motor controller. A back electro-motive force (EMF) module 84 is operatively connected to at least one of the linear motor controller and the lane controller. The lane controller being configured and disposed to control stopping one of the one or more cars based on a back EMF signal from the at least one linear motor determined by the EMF module.

摘要: A brake assembly for an elevator system is provided and includes a guide rail configured to guide movement of an elevator car. Also included is a safety brake operatively coupled to the elevator car and having a brake surface configured to frictionally engage the guide rail. Further included is a safety brake actuation mechanism operatively coupled to the safety brake and configured to actuate the safety brake to a braking position. The mechanism includes a first sensing device disposed on a first side of the guide rail to detect a first condition reading of the elevator car relative to the guide rail. The mechanism also includes a second sensing device disposed on a second, opposite side of the guide rail to detect a second condition reading of the elevator car relative to the guide rail, the first and second condition readings collectively analyzed to determine an overall condition reading.

摘要: The invention concerns an overspeed governor and an elevator comprising the same. The overspeed governor comprises a governor sheave, a permanent magnet rotor coupled to the governor sheave, a stator arranged to interact with the permanent magnet rotor, a safety gear for braking movement of an elevator car and a safety rope fixed to the safety gear and arranged to run via the governor sheave. Said stator includes a winding adapted to exert, when energized, to the permanent magnet rotor a braking force that brakes movement of the permanent magnet rotor and, consequently, movement of the governor sheave and the safety rope, thereby activating the safety gear.

摘要: An elevator includes at least one elevator car driving along an elevator shaft as well as an elevator control measuring the car position. The elevator further includes a buffer in the shaft pit, whose length is adjustable in response to the car position and car speed. Via this measure, the shaft pit can be reduced in high speed elevator requiring large buffer lengths.
