摘要： Disclosed is a construction and method for jointing steel members using shear rings, achieving a jointing construction to which a real shearing force can be applied, improving working conditions, the jointing strength and durability, and reducing material. The construction has at least one first steel member and at least one second steel member overlapped together and respectively having at least a bolt hole and at least an annular groove, and at least one shear ring inserted in the annular groove of both the first steel member and the second steel member to prevent slip between the first steel member and the second steel member. The annular groove is formed at each of contact surfaces of the first steel member and the second steel member, and the bolt hole has a first clearance while the annular groove of at least one of the first steel member and the second steel member has a second clearance smaller than the first clearance. The second clearance allows a deformation or a displacement of the first steel member and the second steel member against an assembling force by the bolt and the nut until the bolt comes in contact with a side wall of the bolt hole.

摘要： An assembly for generating a negative pressure in an industrial process includes a plurality of interconnected units formed with wedge-shaped connections in their mutually contacting surfaces. Intermediate units in the assembly, such as an ejector housing, are formed in each contact surface thereof with the same type of connections. Accordingly, one end of the unit includes a female connection on one side thereof, and a male connection on the opposite side, whereas the other end of the unit includes a male connection on the first side and a female connection on the opposite side. The connections include inclined slide surfaces, providing a hook mount which presses the units together in a wedging effect as the units are axially displaced relative to each other. The displacement is produced by a bolt acting between the units.

摘要： The invention relates to a clamping ring for connecting cylindrical units of a missile, which have each a circumferential projection and a flat-conical engagement surface. The clamping ring comprises a circumferential portion bent to a arc of a circle and having two ends, which can be tightened together by means of a turnbuckle. The clamping ring has cheeks along its rims. The cheeks have flat-conical engagement surfaces corresponding to the flat-conical engagement surfaces of the circumferential projections of the cylindrical units to be connected. The clamping ring extends with the cheeks over the circumferential projections of the units. In order to increase the strength of the clamping ring by suitable shaping within a predetermined space, the inner surface of the clamping ring is free from edges and guided tightly about the outer contours of the circumferential projections. Rounded circumferential recesses are provided at the transitions between this inner surface free from edges and the engagement surfaces of the cheeks in order to achieve large transition radii. The outer surface of the clamping ring has a cylindrical section and substantially conical sections in the area of the cheeks, the transition between the cylindrical section and the conical sections being rounded.

Each of the flanges have inner and outer surfaces such that in a closed state the inner surfaces of each of the flanges contact one another to form at least one longitudinal seam. Several longitudinally extending ramp pairs are disposed on the outer surfaces of the flanges One ramp of each ramp pair is disposed on the outer surface of one flange and another ramp of each ramp pair is disposed on the outer surface of the other flange. The ramp pairs are inclined away from the longitudinal seam when viewed along a first direction. A clamping rail has an inner surface that includes a guide channel interlocking with the ramp pairs so that the first and second flanges compress the seam. Additional longitudinally extending ramp pairs can be disposed on the outer surfaces of the flanges, in which case a second clamping rail having an inner surface that includes a second guide channel interlocks with the additional ramp pairs. In this case, the additional ramp pairs are each inclined away from the longitudinal seam when viewed along a second direction that is opposite to the first direction.
