Abstract: A tubular wire marker sleeve is disclosed. The sleeve includes a central portion which is flattened by ultrasonic welding to form a releasable bond and end extents which are unflattened facilitating insertion of an electrical wire into the sleeve. Abstract: A combination wristband and label form. The form comprises a front side formed of paper. The front side has a first portion having a plurality of labels die cut therein and a second portion having a void. A back side of the form has a polyester section comprising a wristband defined by die cuts in the polyester section and removable from the form. The single-ply wristband has a strap and a foldable having a first panel and a second panel. The first panel has an imaging area defined by a coating and the second panel is configured to laminate only a portion of the imaging area. A size of the second panel is disparate from a size of the first panel.

Abstract: A wristband and label form. The form comprises a first portion having a plurality of releasable labels die cut therein and a second portion having a void and a wristband formed of a single ply. The wristband is releasably secured to the second portion and has a first panel and a second panel. The first panel has a printable area comprising printable coating. The printable area is accessible through the void and is configured to receive indicia from a printer through the void while the wristband is releasably secured to the second portion. Upon removal of the wristband from the second portion, the second panel is foldable over the first panel to laminate the printable area.

Abstract: A labeling assembly is shown and described herein. A labeling assembly for laminating labels may include a label sheet, a laminating sheet and an alignment member. The alignment member may allow folding of the label sheet and laminating sheet. The label sheet may include a facestock sheet and a liner sheet. Labels may be pre-cut in the facestock sheet. The laminating sheet may include a laminae film sheet and a liner sheet. Protective covers may be pre-cut in the liner sheet and laminae overlays may be pre-cut in the laminae film sheet. The protective covers may be removed to expose an adhesive portion of the laminae overlay. The label sheet and the laminating sheet may be folded onto each other at the alignment member. The laminae overlay may include an image thereon and adhere to the label to form a removable laminated label.
